Terrible! I had a sick child missed the show reach out to customer support several times and was completely ignored with my concerns! Worst Birthday ever spent

Everything went well online. It was easy and affordable.

So far so good. Your company has sent emails to keep me in the loop throughout all the steps and when to expect the vouchers. I have also received more information regarding the town and any possible activities available.

Easy to use. People were real friendly and helpful when you went to pick up your tickets.

I was happy with the whole process, except after the deal was done I find out we have to go to some office in Nashville to pick up our vouchers. What's up with that? Why not mail them or email them and we can print them off? Unfortunate hassle in my opinion!

Very easy and cost savings. Appreciated the soft sale tactics on other services. Too often these become overbearing and discourage future contact. This was just the opposite, just enough to be informative without being too aggressive. Was happy with Jeff's customer service

All good in the end but asking folks to make a special trip to a physical officr to collect a printed voucher isn't a great approach in an online world

I ordered tickets for 2 shows in Pigeon Forge TN for 4 of us traveling next week. It was pretty easy to do. A lot of follow up communication s. I'll be able to comment better when we pick them up on Monday.

Excellent service overall. Web site is not current for each individual attraction but overall it works fine.

The site was very easy to navigate and confirmation and instructions were sent almost immediately.

Website at times wouldn't refresh. Numerous contacts afterwards not needed. Also, I wish there was some type of contact feature that was immediate for explanations and to answer questions. Even with all that said, would use again unless something were to go wrong.

We enjoyed the Motown Oldies show. The performers were interactive and executed the songs of the era authentically. The venue was cozy and had a very warm friendly atmosphere. We plan to visit again.

I would rather deal directly with the show Vineyard and because I can then select the seats that I want
