I was able to book my tickets immediately with no hassle, my only complaint is that the website for the show never introduced your company as who we would be dealing with, now I get an emai from yet another company. In the day of so much fraud and spam, I never know who is legit and who is not. A proper introduction to the process of purchasing tickets would be very nice.

I booked a fishing trip with 2 grandsons. They notified me that their plans changed and would not be able to attend only 3 days later. Got billed 30% of cost even though the trip was 3 weeks away and only a couple of days after I booked. Way too much for doing nothing. I could see if it was jsu before the trip and they didn't have the opportunity to find other customers. But this is playing finders keepers with someone else's money.
