I needed help when the wrong product was shipped, I "chatted" with the AI agent and got a call from a human a few minutes later - on a Saturday! The issue was resolved quickly and seamlessly. Will definitely continue to us XT for future purchases.
Bought a radiator that didn't include the connection fittings that most radiators for that make and model include. The manufacturer and extreme couldn't source them. But customer service was handled well they made return shipping easy and gave me a discount on another radiator so it was the right way to handle it.
I finally purchased my first Jeep Wrangler after many years of waiting and saving so that my youngest son and I can have a project to work on and get set up for Eagle Scout extreme camping trips. I have been hunting for parts and always come back to Extreme Terrain. Huge selection, Quality parts and the absolute best price. Looking forward to future projects but the only problem I have is the selection is to good. It takes me to long to make up my mind and choose!

I'm pissed i ordered an open box …. Who the hell says an open box is a used part that has the tie rod ends cut off and is completely useless I will probably never make another purchase from you again I just want my money back at this point it says open box not used and hacked up …..
Josh could not have been better on answering my questions and follow up communication. The other people I talked with were very helpful. Being able to talk to a live person in this day and age is a bonus and a company I can work with!

Great product. I should buy stock in Bestop with the amount of products I've bought over the years. The order and shipping was fast, seats arrived boxed and wrapped, no issues. My original OEM seats were toast. After install, I couldn't believe how high I sat up and how much cushion there was. Hopefully this will soften the ride from the leaf springs. As I continue to rebuild my girl, Extreme Terrain is quickly becoming my go-to.
I added pictures of 37 year old seats to "Sweet" new seats. Next, rims, new 29" ATs. The rebuild is slow and costly, but it'll get finished.
I bought all new lights for the front of my JK and installed all 6 of them (headlights, fog lights, blinkers) easy to follow directions. Much brighter than the stock lights and even when there not on they make my Jeep look customized.
Called to report getting the wrong part. Rep tried to help but explained that there's a process. He could not just generate a return slip. I have to take pictures of incorrect parts. They will now take 3 business days to get back to me. I understand if I need to go through this if it's my fault. But it was obviously yours. Not the best customer care policy. Rep was fine and apologetic. Only reason I did not give it a one-star experience.

Always good to deal with. When I speak with them they are always helpful even if I don't buy anything at the time. Most have knowledge on parts and if they are unsure they help you look into what you are looking for. Have never had a bad experience yet with them.
Door jam switch received in the mail and install attempted. Unlike my experiences with door jam switches, would not "lock" into place in the door frame. I even tried the trick I saw on a YouTube video of using a socket and hammer to tap it in. When I examined it compared to the previous switch housing, it appears that the raised plastic tabs around the base are shorter by about half than on the existing switch to be replaced.
Of course, the switch came apart on me while fiddling with it (as previous door jam switches have done to me, rendering it useless.
I called Extreme Terrain and Andre came to my aid. He immediately initiated a refund request, even though I told him that I didn't mind paying for it, since it's only a $5 switch.
I have been very impressed with both Andre and his the review authority in their diligence in getting back to me multiple times after I sent in the pictures, which culminated in approval of the refund.
Even though it is only worth $5, it is worth a lot more than that to me to have this switch working so I don't wake up in the morning to a dead battery in my TJ. This shows me the sincerity Extreme Terrain and.its employees have towards their customers. So, when searching for parts on the internet, I am more likely to be drawn to your site when given a choice between parts and accessories.

Ordering was easy simple and delivery was quick. The bad thing is, the instructions are digital and when going to website under install instructions the part number is not found. You need to fix your website

I checked multiple items to send to the cart, buy only the first item checked went there. I had it click on each item, send it to the cart then go back to each other item one at a time.

Bought many items from this site. Every time I have received exactly what I was expecting. And any returns have been super simple.
If it was an option, I would give 0 stars as everytime I try to order product from your company, there is always an issue. Box all open and tore up and late delivery. Ask for some kind of refund as its not what I paid full price for. Sure but it would take away any warranty that came with it. Why not take care of your customers? Why make it worse for the customer when the mistakes we're from the company and not the customer?

We show that you recently ordered a RedRock Drag Link Assembley and the box showed up showing signs of damage to the shipment. The representative you spoke with was able to assist you in setting up a return and replacement, and it was delivered on 2/13. We hope that the replacement package was undamaged when it was delivered.
We reviewed your past orders and see that you had also experienced issues with the PowerStop brake calipers and brake rotor and pad kit. We worked with PowerStop and they were able to assist you with the hardware that was missing from your order.

Purchased a read bumper and swing gate, item was never shipped due to different mailing and billing address had to call to sort out, didn't receive a call letting me know it never shipped. Item was missing hardware when it did finally arrive. When returned didn't receive full refund.

We can understand your frustration when there was a delay in shipping the items to you. We do show that we reached out to you for additional information, so your order can be approved. We show that you contacted us on 5/7 and the order was approved and shipped the following day on 5/8 and was delivered on 5/10.
We show that you contacted our Customer Service on 5/13 to set up a return for the bumper and tire carrier as you no longer wanted the items. We set up a return, and there was a $50 return fee associated with the return. This fee is deducted from the return cost. With certain return requests we do charge a return fee and this should be shared during your conversation with our Customer Service Representative. You would have the option to purchase a discounted return tag from us, or you can choose to purchase your own return label. If you elect to source your own return label, we do ask that you contact us wtih the return tracking so we can monitor your return and confirm that you are refunded in a timely manner.

Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
