I checked multiple items to send to the cart, buy only the first item checked went there. I had it click on each item, send it to the cart then go back to each other item one at a time.

Bought many items from this site. Every time I have received exactly what I was expecting. And any returns have been super simple.
If it was an option, I would give 0 stars as everytime I try to order product from your company, there is always an issue. Box all open and tore up and late delivery. Ask for some kind of refund as its not what I paid full price for. Sure but it would take away any warranty that came with it. Why not take care of your customers? Why make it worse for the customer when the mistakes we're from the company and not the customer?

It is our goal to have orders shipped to our customers in a timely manner and that they are received in good condition and we fell short of our goal, and more importantly your expectations with your orders.
We show that you recently ordered a RedRock Drag Link Assembley and the box showed up showing signs of damage to the shipment. The representative you spoke with was able to assist you in setting up a return and replacement, and it was delivered on 2/13. We hope that the replacement package was undamaged when it was delivered.
We reviewed your past orders and see that you had also experienced issues with the PowerStop brake calipers and brake rotor and pad kit. We worked with PowerStop and they were able to assist you with the hardware that was missing from your order.
Due to these situations, we issued a credit to your ExtremeTerrain account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 5/31/2026.

Purchased a read bumper and swing gate, item was never shipped due to different mailing and billing address had to call to sort out, didn't receive a call letting me know it never shipped. Item was missing hardware when it did finally arrive. When returned didn't receive full refund.

We appreciate the feedback that we receive from our customers so we can make improvements to the products and services we provide to our customers.
We can understand your frustration when there was a delay in shipping the items to you. We do show that we reached out to you for additional information, so your order can be approved. We show that you contacted us on 5/7 and the order was approved and shipped the following day on 5/8 and was delivered on 5/10.
We show that you contacted our Customer Service on 5/13 to set up a return for the bumper and tire carrier as you no longer wanted the items. We set up a return, and there was a $50 return fee associated with the return. This fee is deducted from the return cost. With certain return requests we do charge a return fee and this should be shared during your conversation with our Customer Service Representative. You would have the option to purchase a discounted return tag from us, or you can choose to purchase your own return label. If you elect to source your own return label, we do ask that you contact us wtih the return tracking so we can monitor your return and confirm that you are refunded in a timely manner.

I'm struggling to understand certain aspects of shipping. When placing an order for several items, why does one ship out immediately and other items 2 to 3 days later. If an item is out of stock, I understand, but that should be posted on the website.

While we do try to get items shipped from our warehouse, usually the day after the item is ordered, there are times when we have to reach out to the manufacturer and have the items shipped directly from their warehouse. This can sometimes cause a delay in shipping the item to you.
In reviewing your order, and we see that the one item that you ordered, Mojab Offroad Snatch Pulley Block; Black was supposed to be received 02/16-2/17, but they were late in shipping the item, and we do apologize for this issue.
Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your ExtremeTerrain account and this credit can be used on a future order. This credit is valid until 5/31/2026.

Extreme Terrain was extremely excellent to work with! I spoke with their sales team since the Best Top SUNRIDER sale was over while I was getting knee surgery. They went out of their way to get me the sale price due to the circumstances. I can't wait for it to get here and install it this spring & drive the Jeep like a convertible!
I've had good luck ordering in the past. I've bought seat covers and a few other interior items for my jeep. I received a catalog in the mail. When I went to place an order for the 2 items I ordered that were on sale, I didnt get the sale price. It gave me the regular price. I entered into a chat to ask about the discounts and the AI told me I would receive a call from a sales associate shortly. I never received the call. I went ahead and ordered the items but, I'm very disappointed that I didnt get the sale prices.

You shared that you received a catalog in the mail and when you went online to place your order, you did not receive the sale price. We send our catalogs a few times throughout the year and there is a note on the catalog that shares for most up to date prices we ask that you please check our website. As we do not print these catalogs on a weekly or monthly basis.

So installation is suppose to be simple, but was completely made overcomplicated when I was given the wrong fuse tap to install into my fuse box. They gave me a long prong fuse, but I needed a short prong fuse. It would look nice if I could finish it, but what makes it annoying is that I have to spend more money to fix something and yet I give my specs for my vehicle to not give me the correct parts to use. I would give this a higher rating if this was not the case.

I've been driving jeep wranglers for the last 31 consecutive years. I used to buy from another supplier, but found Extreme Terrain to provide better, faster service as well as a very helpful website. Catalog is also very good.
I ordered a set of traction boards that said I would receive them within two days just to receive an email the next day saying they were out of stock and I wouldn't receive it for a few weeks. This is the second order that said two days shipping that I wasn't gonna get in the two days. If you're gonna post that you offer two day shipping then you need to deliver on that or don't offer it. Guess I'll start ordering from Amazon or quadratec and actually get my items when they are promised

Products are great quality, But, some of my large, heavier items got damage with shipping. But other then that, great experience.

As usual, the sales staff was extremely helpful and kind. I have purchased many products and never had a problem. I highly recommend Extreme Terrain.
I got one shipment two a week ago. Finally another today but missing the third that supposedly delivered. Still waiting on #4. Hopefully #3 got left in the FedEx truck and it will arrive tomorrow but its been very Hodge podge shipping.

Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
