The bracket I recently purchased doesn't fit properly. It looks very close to the original I have but if I end up using the one I purchased, I'll need to alter it so it can fit to the windshield frame. I just purchased a couple screws that hopefully will allow me to use my original bracket and tighten the mirror.

I have had nothing but, a great experience with Ecklers. Pricing has been affordable especially when you find items on sale. The fact that they provide different forms of payment ie; affirm, paypal and debit card is awesome. Their catalog of parts makes it easy to get what you need for your classic car

I have tried ordering a vacuum boot twice and ecklers sends me a speedometer. Which I wish work as I need one but it doesn't. The last order was lost.

We work hard to have our orders shipped quickly and correctly, and we fell short of our goal and your frustration is understandable.

We are reviewing why this occurred, and we do appreciate your understanding of this error. We were also disappointed to heard that the replacement that shipped 1/23 was lost and never delivered to you. I reviewed the tracking this morning, and it shows movement, I cannot see if it is being returned to our warehouse or to your address.

No choice in payment method

When I was checking out, the app assumed I was paying with the same card I used the last time I ordered... I actually wanted to use another card to get more points.

Floating device for sending unit

Since you don't seem to sell the floating part of the fuel level sending unit alone, and I cannot find mine in my tank, I am forced to buy the whole assembly.
