It has been a while since I ordered from Ecklers and now I remember why. In my experience, you always lie about the delivery date. You promise delivery on a date that you know is not going to happen. Then the customer makes plans based on the erroneous delivery and gets really angry when the delivery is not what was estimated when purchased.
Your whole delivery system is based on the old bait and switch scam! A company that operates like that has NO INTEGRETY.
Shivon was very pleasant and knowledgeable relative to what I was asking her. She assisted me very quickly and provided all the information I needed going forward with the delivery process and what emails I would receive. Hopefull the next time I call I will get HER!
Good parts, fast shipping, i try to buy on sale stuff. Ecklers know what i need a few months before i need the part and they put it on sale i have been ordering part from Ecklers for over 30 years

I was searching for a fuel filler neck for my 66 c10. Came across your product, which was same as others listed for half the price. Shipping was not overly expensive either. Will return to purchase again.
I have a Model T wheel on my wall in my Man Cave that I had restored. I wanted to add to my other Vintage Ford items on the wall and this spoke finished it off perfectly. I was pleased with the fast shipping.
The sales folks I spoke with were helpful but not as knowledgeable of their product line as hoped for. Called to inquire price and availability on wheel set PN EK-33-*******-1. The Ecklers website was not clear whether this was a set of wheels WITH caps and lugnuts or a single wheel; website priced item # at $1299. 99.

Placed the order for one set on Nov 24,2025. Ecklers emailed ship confirmation on Nov 25,2025. My cc charged $1369. 12 on same day (shipping+taxes added). OK.
A single, beat-up, opened box was received Nov 28,2025 and contained only one new, undamaged wheel with nothing else. No invoice, no caps, no lugnuts.
After contacting Ecklers sales of the problem, I was told Ecklers would correct the order and fill the balance.
Ecklers emailed a Return Authorization for the one wheel on Dec 01,2025, which I packaged and returned via FedEx on their nickel the next day.
On Dec 04,2025, Ecklers emailed 'order #******* cancelled' stating that PN no longer supplied by mfgr. Quote:
"We are sorry that we were unable to meet your needs at this time. This email serves as confirmation that your order has been canceled. Any funds that were charged/authorized will be credit/released within 24 hours. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days to process this request."
As of today, Dec 21,2025, my cc HAS NOT been credited. Ecklers still has that money and I am highly disappointed. I want that money returned.
As a result, I will not select them in the future for ANY restoration parts on my project car. I will try their competitors and hope for better customer support. Fingers crossed.

It is a priority of ours to have orders shipped to our customers in a timely manner and that the order is shipped complete, This was not your experience, and we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you this situation caused you.
This was for a set of 4 wheels and they were to come with center caps. We do show that you returned that item that you received and we refunded you on 12/26/2025. Today, we also refunded the shipping for the order, as this was not automatically refunded when your return was completed.
Eddie, while I know this was an unpleasant experience for you, I would love for you to give us another opportunity. We issued you a promotional credit that can be used on a future order. Please note, this credit is valid until 3/31/2026.

The parts i have ordered so far have fit correctly and arrived in a timely manner, pricing however is somewhat higher than the competition and no free shipping options
I talked to a tech to ask if for sure these parts would fit my 1971 lemans t-37 the tech stated after reviewing the manufacturer's information that he could not guarantee that. But there for a 68-72 gto he said he could not think of a reason why they wouldn't. I thought the same thing. So I felt he was trying to be helpful he just didn't have all the information he needed.
Bought 1 sat of latches for the convertable top, 1 broke with a weak rivet. Good thing I only needed 1. Date is sometime in april or may 2021. Second order for kick panels was very good.

I have not received my brake springs yet (as I just ordered them) but the chat helper Nichole R was very helpful with measurements of the brake springs that I've ordered
I have been trying to find a chrome water pump pulley for my 77 corvette with matching number and no wrecks. The pulley i ordered said it would fit along with the associate saying it should. I gave a part number i ordered from another supplier saying it looked like the same part.when i received the part it was the same that i already had and had to go through a mountain of thing to get a return only to have to put it on a store credit. I did not use a store credit to buy this pulley and months later i am buying this product just to get my money back

We apologize that the item did not fit your Corvette and you needed to process a return. For our returns, we do have a 30 day return policy and we can issue you a refund via store credit or back to your original payment method. This return was eligible for a refund back to your original payment method, and I do apologize if you were not made aware of these options. We do show that you were able to use the store credit on another order.
In checking the fitment of this item we do show that it is designed to fit a 1977 base Chevrolet Corvette with a long-style water pump. The specific part is a double-groove, chrome-plated steel water pump pulley with a 6.3-inch diameter and 2.25-inch depth. It is designed as a direct replacement for 1969-1982 and certain later model Corvettes

You sent 4 rockers for a 302 instead of my bolts for a model T transmission inspection plate.
Twice before that you guys sent model A radiator hose sets when I ordered model T hoses.

I bought a quite a few items in the last month or so they're always come very quick within three days. I'm amazed how quick I get them. They're all reasonable and the shipping ain't crazy. I appreciate what they do for us. Trying to keep these old cars on the road. I have a 66 Falcon which I bought multiple parts four and 53 Ford Victoria, thank you for everything.
Call company and got product invoiced, made sure item was in stock. Ordered on November 29th said would be delivered on December 3rd still not delivered and it's now December 5th and no product. Tracking shows package is in Kanas and I live in Kentucky

I apologize that you did not receive your refund within the timeframe that was advertised on the website at the time of purchase. I completely understand your frustration. After reviewing the order, I found that it shipped via Truck Freight, which is the reason for the delay. We had it packaged on Saturday evening after the truck's pickup, which pushed the shipment to not leave until Monday. The transit time for truck freight is typically anywhere from 5 to 7 business days, and sometimes it can take longer. I apologize again, and if you need anything else, please let us know.

I worked with Michael in Florida to order some things for my fair Lane. He was awesome and super helpful and knowledgeable very friendly as well.
Only issue was it kept jumping back to start on the parts list instead of just backing up to the part I last looked at. But got it done.
