It's hard to get excited over four plain steel wheels but it is easy to enjoy a smooth transaction. My imported Japanese vehicle wasn't listed on their drop down menu so I started a chat with tech support and had my order done in about two minutes. My order was shipped the next day and arrived in perfect condition.

Purchased wheels on December 31, upon receiving, all 5 where the incorrect size! Was told they could do nothing g to get a replacement set to me until the other wheels where in route back to them, manager treated the situation like it was not big deal, and seemed arrogant! To date I have still not received my refund, and wheels where sent back the same day I got them, fedex happen to be at my house right after! When I asked to speak with the owner, the manager just chuckled! I have never been so upset with a transaction, and this was solely a mistake on their part! Would not recommend doing business with them! Would still like to share my experience with the owner!

Order 2 tires from their site and took them a week just to get back to that they're not sending my tires. Won't honor the price. I called customer service to get clarification for my order cancellation and no one really knows what's going on. Talked to
A person named Jenna and she's got an attitude problem. She's probably deals with a lot of people with canceled orders. No upper management to talk to to make this right. I can't recommend this place. Absolutely zero confidence with this company. No where can this site be reviewed.

Needed a set of new rims because of multiple cracks in old rim. Spoke to a gentleman named Luke that was fairly new. He was very helpful and attentive and then Luke tagged Troy in on the deal. It isn't very clear that u mount and balance when I talked to customer service thought I had it set up to be mount but it wasn't. But that's ok! But needs to be clear like at the end when u check out!

Do not buy from them. Any issues you will be denied a remedy if there is anyway they can possibly find one. There was an almost unnoticeable paint build up on the wheel inner core that didn't seem like an issue as I don't install tires for a living.You are expected to mount the wheel without the tire onto your vehicle, then if no issues, remove it and mount the tire to the wheel, then the vehicle. If you mount the tire and there is an issue, no remedy…it was your fault. Even if you mount the wheel first w/o the tire, then the item was damaged by you mounting the wheel. This wheel wouldn't evenly tourqe down evenly and thus paint had to be buffed off. There is no way to get relief for a damaged item as they honor nothing. They are rip off artists. The wheel I received was imperfect on its face-some weird circle, and had paint build up on the inner core. I had a tire shop mount the tire and put it on due to the situation as I needed to use my vehicle and couldn't wait through a return and resend a new wheel situation. BBwheels blamed it all on the tire shop even tho the manager would verify the status of the wheel prior to mounting. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY-TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A COMPANY WHO WONT SCREW YOU OVER IF THEY SEND YOU DAMAGED ITEMS!
