Appointment was not confirmed by Tirebuyer. Requested an appointment that was available 3 days after ordering. Tires were delivered to installer next day, but installer was not given any information other than my name. They had no way to contact me to confirm any appointment and Tirebuyer did not reach out to confirm an appointment. This is the second time this has happened when ordering tires from Tirebuyer.

Buying from tire buyer and having them shipped to and installed by a local tire shop was way too affordable and easy! Will definitely return when the next rig needs a set of tires!

Ordered my tires and they were delivered to my mechanic in less than 5 days. Website was easy to navigate and had detailed information for me to select tires that fit my needs and budget. Overall great experience!

4th time using tirebuyer and once again everything went great and thanks for your military discount it really helped.

The installation vendor attempted to charge me over $200 infees and installation costs. I had to inform them that this was already paid and they also did not know what tires I ordered. For this I am giving a 3 star. The Tirebuyer experience I had zero issues with, but overall I feel that I should not of had to go through all of that since everything was paid for prior to getting to the vendor.

Have made two prior purchases before now and have been very satisfied with both. Had great difficulty in making this purchase.

2 sets of tires arrived and were installed on my husband's truck. The customer service rep contacted the installer and confirmed the installation. She resolved my query.

I have used Tire Buyer since discovering and using the site in 2015-ish. Never have had any issues, hence the Repeat Customer title.
I give 4 stars today for limited installers from who to choose from and the fact that I now have to incur the charge if I want delivery to my residence instead. On past purchases I had the option of free delivery to my residence if I didn't want to use the available installers from the site.
Not a deal breaker obviously but worthy of only 4 rather than 5 stars.
Give them a try of your thinking of buying tires online.

This was my first time buying on Tirebuyer, it won't be my last! It was quick, easy to use amd efficient! My tire were delivered promptly and for a great price. Anytime I need tires this is where I'll be buying them!

I am a racecar fabricator but because I'm not a registered installer I have to pay more for delivery. Not happy about it

Overall it was easy and quick to find the tires I needed and order them. Tirebuyer has a wide variety and I've never had an issue with inventory or items being out of stock. However, it is frustrating that Tirebuyer slips in extra fees for shipping when you want the tires delivered to a private residence instead of a shop. Additionally, the rebate that they advertise is a pain to complete, with lots of small print that I'm sure will make it difficult for many to actually claim the rebate.
