Only site that had my desired tire at a good price—delivered as promised

We bought 2 full sets of tires. The selection and purchase experience were great. Getting the rebates, not so much. I submitted proof of purchase for both sets and received confirmation that the information was received and accepted. Then a few weeks or so later was told that I needed to send additional information.
I had to go back and sift through the online purchase information, then take screen shots of what I hoped would be acceptable. I again received notification that the information was accepted and no further action was needed. I received the 2 rebate visas about 2 months later.

2. Have had a warranty claim since April. Ghosted since June.

Tirebuyer had my tires shipped out in 2 days! That was faster than I expected. The process went smooth. I'm going through them next time for sure.

I am a multiple time customer. My ONLY reason for not giving 5 stars, is lack of a convenient or nearby "approved" installer, for saving on shipping costs. I used to have them ship to my home, and then go to a local business for installation. Now I have to choose between shipping costs, and having to travel out of town for approved installers.

Went shopping for new affordable tires due to dissatisfaction with in warranty TOYO workmanship defect issues…belt separation and bulging. Found the Ironman tires that had a good review, looked good and were reasonably priced…love em so far!

If you have a busy schedule, just carve out at least 1 whole day for installation since the appointments here mean nothing and it appears nowhere will schedule something like this so you'll just have to wait all day.

I have used T. B. in the past with no issues. Until I attempted to order my wife new tires. We'll the site would not load after putting my information in. And I made several attempts but the next day there was fraudulent charges on my card. I don't use m this card for only auto purchases. So I got an alert from my credit agency to verify the fraud. And it wasn't me. I s used the online helper from T. B. and that's how my cards were exposed.

Good communication. Best prices. Fast shipping. Wide selection. What more could you ask for?

Great selection and seamless ordering process. Tires arrived quickly.

Tires were supposed to be delivered on a Friday and we had a Saturday appointment to get them installed. I got an email that said they were going to be delayed, After that, they were delayed until Monday as they dont deliver on the weekends, but when they were delivered on Monday, they didn't give us any update as to when they were delivered. We ordered these tires as we had a blow out and were driving on the spare at this point, I had ordered from Tire Buyer several times in the past and have never had any problems in the past, what happened this time was very frustrating.

The tires themselves are great - I had to have them re-balanced as I had a terrible shake in the steering wheel. All is good now

I was able to buy tires and have them sent to the shop of my choice. They were sent immediately and arrived before I needed them.

Smooth buying experience, support was helpful to locate the tires

We ordered and paid for the tires online, we were asked to pick a convenient place where they would be dropped and installed at the cost of tirebuyer. It was a painless experience, all we did was drop off the car and pick it up after a short time. It was a great experience and I would definitely reccommend anyone to use tirebuyer for their next tires.

Well priced tires with rebates sometimes, tires were delivered on time and easy to schedule
