As I have two previous times, I called TB for tires, needing a expedited service. Six hours after my call, the tires were at my designated service outlet. Within 24 hours I had new tires at a great price. Cannot beat TB for the service or value.

I had to call dealer to verify installation appointment. No communication from tire buyer. The installer was wonderful.

Tires are good, but I thought they had a similar look as the LT that was shown in the thumbnail when placing the order. They should put the image same as in the order and not a generic LT tire. It was very deceiving and also my mistake. I was not very familiar witoh these tires so I trusted the image.
Even while writing this review, I still see the LT tire.

Had a blowout on the drivers side rear tire at 70mph, thank GOD I was driving an Infiniti QX80 that was equipped with extremely great safety features because we could have been seriously injured or even killed. We were going from Jonesboro Ga to Upper Marlboro Md to pick up our grandkids so they could spend the summer with us in Ga. We got a hold of your customer service department, got the blowout tire looked at, with PepBoys in District Heights Md. They filled out the paperwork that you had provided, the only problem was they didn't have a tire tread gauge, so they guessed on how much tread was on the tires, ( I'm not a tire expert so I didn't question their findings) they said that all 4 tires were at 10/32, but they assumed that all the tires were at 10/32. We had just purchased a brand new tire from you because no one else could match the other 3 tires. We assumed that you would refund us for the blown out tire, but your customer service team told us that our tires didn't meet your standard for replacement or refund warranty. Now want reiterate that we only had those tires for 3 months, the must of had some kind of flaw in it because the other 3 have been fine to date. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and can't afford to take this kind of loss. I'm asking that you please reconsider your decision and refund us the amount that we paid to buy the tire to replace the blown out tire. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

However, the installation was a flop, the tire shop refused to honor the price paid for installation and I had to take them to a different place and pay out of pocket.

Went to the dealer the next day after purchasing the tires and they could only find 2 of my tires. Was very apologetic and said they could get the rest of my order the next day. Had to come back however the mounting took no time at all. Very pleased with the outcome.

I have nothing negative to say about tirebuyer. I have a great experience with them.

Tires arrived at local VIP quickly and install went well. I do wish Tirebuyer would not charge for install then send $$ to installer. Confusion at checkout at VIP had me paying a second time for install causing me to contact Tirebuyer support to find out VIP had been paid. Just have customer pay install once the tires are installed at local shop.

Make sure to call around to all your local shops to check their alignment fees to get a good deal. Working through tirebuyer customer service as a middleman to schedule appts can be a bit of a tedious game of telephone so I recommend calling and working with the shop directly. Wait to schedule appt until tires arrive bc delivery can be a bit unpredictable. Otherwise amazing service and 10/10 will use again next time I need more tires.

Tires were delivered less than 24 hours to my residence.

I am pleased with your service, and the shipping was very quick the tires are the same as I have on my truck at this moment I have gotten great wear out of this tire, so leys pray that this set is as good as the first set I should say I have put about ******* miles on this first set if that tells you anything. Have a good day.
