This is my second set of tires and rims I've ordered. The first set was an excellent experience with no issues and expect the same from this order.
Great options, great prices, just be ready for the in-store experience. I am sick of being talked down to by the staff as if I know nothing about tires.
Everytime I need tires, Tire Rack is my go to! Super easy, fast and great deals on tires! I tell everyone to checkout Tire Rack!
Was effortless and easy to find what i needed at a great price. After comparing several other websites, I found Tire Rack was the cheapest.
I bought four tires, quick delivery next day. Two days later, hit a pot home that ripped the sidewalk of front and rear tires. Warranties in process.

I've used Tire Rack for tires since long before the internet existed. They provide great information, they have competitive pricing, and they make ordering incredibly easy.
I used to work at the Rack years ago. Learned alot about tires and how they test and approve tires. I like their website and probably spend too much time comparing tires but I always come out feeling like a winner!
The Honda dealer recommended that I replace the tires on my wife's 2022 Honda Pilot so I was determined to get the Consumer Reports top-rate Michelin CrossClimate2 tires. The Service Associate informed me that I could order them from TireRack and they could be shipped directly to the Honda dealer since they were an authorized installer. So I ordered and paid for them online, which only took a few minutes, and they were shipped the same day and arrived the next day at the dealer. I made an appointment to have them installed next week. Very easy process. I recommend it highly to others.
I always order from tirerack.com and go pick up from the local warehouse. It's the cheapest way to get tires, all the local tire shops buy from them anyway
I've always had good experiences with Tire Rack. The web site is informative with lots of videos to help with decision making, and a vast collection of tires to choose from. They're good about explaining all things "tire" on the web site, and they have associates online who are also very helpful in making suggestions, clarifying questions, and helping to finalize decisions.
I'd like the selector tool to be easier to update and you should be able to have multiple selector tools and results so you can see how your selections impact the recommended tires.
Ordering tires from Tire Rack and having them delivered to a local tire shop always works out well for me for value and convenience.
Your response times are slow under the condition of not being logged in under the conditions of web experience (not mobile) with chrome (recent version) on a Mac with large memory constraints and large screen.
Some of these are understandable: pulling installers near you. Naturally that's going to crush you - you can't even cache it at that granularity. Fine. Others, depends your tech stack. You probably have a tech constraint on back button because this is kind of glaring. If someone is truly going to buy, however, time wasted is less than 3 minutes to go back again through workflow. >95% are going to do this eventually (and within 2 days). And I am being conservative.
And then there is time on possible session timeout which might hurt. I should never get a "page unresponsive". I got a "page unresponsive". I'm not going to go through the possible reasons: you should know the possibilities. So there might be an issue with how "heavy" each page is.
I would check on clicking a button after session timeout. Are you pinning per server instance on anonymous accounts because you want to hold some information? Obviously, there are reasons to do this and I won't go down that rabbit hole. But its an edge case you should check.
Anyway... and I am just giving you my bottomline opinion here: its totally acceptable for someone who is going to buy. This is all acceptable noise within metrics and ultimately all the execs care about is whether this costs them a conversion: it does not. Within broad industry type (despite my "critiques") thumbs up.
Oh, got to the final part. Are you $#*!ING KIDDING? You know why I say $#*!ING here out of nowhere. Do you know how many feedback responses you are losing by making it $#*!ING MANDATORY to agree to "have this feedback published." For me, as well as for many others, for godsakes put in the magic word "anonymously" ("with no personal information attached"). If NOT, then "we will not edit". You can figure that out. Who is agreeing to have have, as this allows, an "edited" version of what they've said along with ANY identifying information.
Now I haven't even put anything generically positive because you have made this mandatory. And put obscenities in the text, based on the calculation that you wouldn't publish this anyway. Do I mean the obscenities? $#*! no. But I am really trying to be helpful and this is the ONE POINT I would flag.
There needs to be an option to search for wheels by size/offset/pattern instead of only by vehicle make/model. You do this for tires... I can search by vehicle or by tire size. Why not for wheels? It makes it really difficult if you're trying to buy wheels that don't match your OEM spec. I'm interested in 18" track wheels for my 911 but the OEM spec is 19 so I can't effectively shop for them here.
Hunter, thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We appreciate your suggestion to improve the wheel shopping experience with more advanced filters—we’re continuously working to make navigation easier for our cusotmers. We appreciate you and your business.
I ordered the tires and got an e-mail saying they had been delivered 0n 02/13/2026. I checked with the tire shop they were supposedly sent to and they had no record.
Today I get an e-mail that the order had been canceled.
John, we’re truly sorry for the frustration and hassle this has caused. Your experience matters to us, and we’re committed to reviewing tthis order. Thank you for sticking with us.
Had the tire size wanted at a good price
The turn around time was great. The tire I received was 2 years old by the date code on the tire so that wasn't something I expected paying 4 hundred dollars for a tire that's 2 years old.
Hi JoAnn, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we will have a member of our team will be reaching out directly to you.
I like having the road hazard warranty free with the purchase. I have had to use it and it was easy and no issues.
I appreciate the range of tire options, the detailed information, and the reviews, coupled with the quick delivery directly to my selected installer. Overall, I have been extremely pleased with each of my TireRack transactions.
I have placed many orders over the years on TireRack.com and am always satisfied with the quality of tire and customer service that I receive, not to mention the rapid fast shipping!
Tirerack makes it so easy to find what I need and order. In and out in less than 5 minutes!
I have been buying tires from here for years. On at least 5 previous cars. They ship quickly, quality tires at very fair prices.
I have ordered at the minimum 10 sets of tires and wheels from here. Customer forever
Answer: I have used tire rack for multiple tires and wheels on various vehicles successfully, but no more. V. bad customer service experience after the sale and delivery. (12-16-20 through 1-21-22)
Answer: Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
Answer: They sell good tire brands and names and no knockoff that I know of.
