Imperfections with a warped rim. Because the tire company mounted them and did not see the imperfection. I am stuck with a warped looking rim.

On Tuesday I spoke to Troy who was very helpful and knowledgeable. BBWheels shipped my tires out the same day I ordered with FREE shipping and they are scheduled to arrive at my house (in Maryland) on Friday. That is excellent customer service!

I orderd rims,lug nuts and centric rings as soon as they found out they were out of stock instead of making me pay extra for custom ones they found a and sent me a link for centric ring that would work with my car even tho there a different brand. They definitely went above and beyond by finding a way to fix the problem.
