Very unhappy with delivery

I ordered two rear quarter panels for my car. I was charged $300 for delivery from Kansas to Texas. Your company chose the carrier, I didn't have that option. The shipping site shows it arrived at the facility here 30 miles from my house on a Friday. I called the carrier on Monday, they stated they were scheduling a driver and I would not receive it until Wednesday and refused to let me drive 30 minutes to pick it up myself. You should think twice about using Maersk Shipping!

I apologize for the delay with the carrier and for the item arriving damaged. I completely understand your frustration with this. We contract with Maersk, and they sometimes use subcontractors to deliver the products. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, and we advise that freight has a longer transit time, typically between 5 to 10 business days. I have issued you a promotional credit for the inconvenience, and you will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days for the Quarter Panels. Easy to use website, and parts ordering was easy. Parts arrived quickly. I had a problem with a part not working on my custom job and the return was quick and easy. I will buy more parts from Ecklers in the future!

Everything was great but I was going have to wait 6 weeks or so for half of the order. The one floor pan had to be stamped or found. I got both from ebay for 1/2 the price and delivered for free in 3 days. Your salesman was excellent and I will buy most of the build from him

Missing a lot of item pictures

When looking through apparel... I would estimate that about half of the items listed dont have a picture or thumbnail. Tough to purchase when I don't know what I should be getting.

Shipping problems

Looking stuff up on the computer is very hard. I have had stuff sent to me thur the mail and it takes forever to get. I have requested everytime not to use the mail yet you do not listen.

You can always contact our Sales Techs, and they can place the order over the phone for you and help locate the products you are interested in purchasing. As for shipping, we do not have control over which carrier delivers your items; it all depends on the products purchased, as we are contracted with multiple carriers. Photo Advertising VS sold product

Pics made it look like it came with more parts than it did, had to place a seperate order for triangle bolts even though they were displayed in the picture advertised for the entire t-top lock kit

I ordered two hood struts for my C4 1986 Vette. Only the two struts arrived. There was no accompanying hardware that was mentioned in the sale, and I can't install the struts without the promised hardware. I need to receive the promised hardware for the hood struts to be installed. I want the follow up hardware or I will return the struts to you for a complete refund.

Horrible experience

Ordered a light switch on October 7. Checked on the order October 20. The woman on the phone issued a refund BEFORE explaining that the part was out of stock. Waited 2 weeks while I could have had the part from another source. Someone could have contacted me at the time it became obvious that they could not fill the order. If I hadn't called I have to assume this would have sat unresolved indefinitely.

I see that your order had a USPS tracking number, but somehow USPS returned it to our facility, and it was checked into our warehouse as a return. I apologize if your order is arriving later than you expected. I certainly understand your frustration regarding this. We list it as "In Stock" because it means the supplier has the material to build the item if it is made to order, or they have the item on the shelf. We also list the expected delivery date right under that, which you can see reflected at a later time. Right now, the website says November 5th-8th. At the time of your order, I cannot see what the website reflected, but I do see that the estimated delivery date is 10/29-11/01. Please keep an eye on your email for tracking information to be sent over. We also have a price match policy where we will price match our competitors. I ordered black door panels in January. With many promises of delivery, they never came. Finally, 8 months later I was informed they were no longer available and my purchase was refunded. I'm ordering brown hoping I can paint them black. Hope they really are "in stock" like the description says.
