Order it. Got spec filled out confirmed that happen. Then nothing waited five day sent text see if i could find out what and were. Showed up on day five. No here your tracking #, we shipped. At less it showed up and worked great plug and play no issues. Retruned core as told to. Here i, m checking see if they got core. They want know if i got the part.
Online Order form confusing for me AND my mechanic, no email order confirmation (yes, I checked the spam folder), no order number for follow up or tracking, no notification of time and place of delivery, package delivered to wrong address (it ended up delivered to a neighbor but we were never notified of that, and had to track it down ourselves), very difficult to get a human on the phone. Given how haphazard your system is, I am not surprised your customer service reps are always busy. Reps were helpful. When I finally got through. PS the non-stop online ads are really annoying. Please stop.
The part came quickly although there was no confirmation email when I ordered or when it shipped. The part was not what I needed, so I returned it. I have not received an email confirming that Car Computer Exchange received the part, but I do have a FedEx confirmation that it was delivered. My satisfaction will be determined on how the return process goes.
Dealer said they couldn't get me a new PCM so i figured what did i have to lose with getting one from you i am so gale i did truck is back running like new. Thank You
It was a hit or miss when I found you guys online. Day before my son and I search online and made calls. What we found was that the dealerships charged an extra core cost and will not give information needed to find the correct part that was needed. Most online merchants didn't have a budget friendly service as you guys did. Also receiving the part from you was quick and reliable.
No problem with the computer it was just not needed after further diagnosis. The computer was returned to Car Computer. The receptionist was very rude and obnoxious wanted to speak over me as I tried to explain that I didn't know the proper procedure for how to make a return.
Just want to start by saying thank you so much for helping me repair my mom's car! The dealership told her that ford no longer makes the pcm for her car and basically told her there wasn't anything they could do. I'm glad I did my research and found your company. I just reinstalled the pcm and so far so good, check engine light is off and motor seems to be running a lot better than before. Thanks again to everyone involved.

AS STATED ABOVE, first one was not the correct part which caused a lot of consternation. To your credit, when i finally checked back because pcm was only possible probelm (still), you owned up to the mistake and sent the right one, which works great! Because of your honesty and quickness to rectify the mistake, I'm coming back. Would be 5 stars if right the first time (let's be honest, I'm being generous). If this one is correct it will be 5 stars this time

They sent me a print out that said my part was a 2500 when my truck is a 1500 so I had to call to verify the part which I was told that it was the right part and that it was a mistake or misprint
I've installed the computer on Friday and giving it a test run it seems to be having some issues because I'm having misfires and truck seems to want to stall out I never had these issues before my old computer would only get hot over the summer and turn off creating a no bus signal. I am thinking because it's painted Maybe the grounding wire is not creating a good connection and causing issues I will run for their test but I'm hoping if the unit is good it will be okay during the summer
My second time round, my first time was agora a transmission control module. Since it was a few years ago and the vehicle still runs and drives id have to rate it a winning experience, and its a short distance to ship.
It was a great experience. I filled in all the information and within a few days I received a new ECM module. I followed the instructions and installed the module. Car is working properly now.

The return packaging was a very easy process, and I was able to get it mailed the same day. I got it installed and confirmed that it was working properly.
I have ordered about 5 other computers and they have worked the first time every time. The first time was about 4 years ago and have not had an issue or a come back.
Needed a new ecm for the jeep grand Cherokee I was working on. Looked up ecms for this jeep and car computer exchange was one of the first to come up.
Tech told me to return the one you sent me. Because it it was faulty. Cruise control did not work after 30 miles per hour and had 3 engine popes, so I'm anxiously waiting for it to be repaired. And sent back to me.
No shipping notice was received so the part arrived unexpectedly, but it was a fast delivery. The PCM delivered yesterday and has not been installed yet. Once it is working in the vehicle, I can add more to this comment.

It was fine. I dont feel like all the follow up e mails wanting a review are really needed, they are annoying. If I receive your product in a timely manner, it works as it should and follow the enclosed Instructions and return my core to you, that's enough. If I have a issue I will receive out, if you fail to provide a good product or service I will not purchase your product in the future.
I will know more once I receive the unit. I believe the vin or old number for the pcm should be required upfront.

Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere.
