It took us a bit to install the rebuilt module it worked first time. We did get an error never seen before no fault of the module. We did get it fixed looking great now. I think the software updates let us see it. Thanks guys

My PCU arrived in a timely manner. I installed it according to directions and did the checklist. It would not start. The "Theft" light on the dash was flashing. My mechanic says that this is because the keys need to be programmed. I hope he is right and that tomorrow my car will finally be running like a champ again. I would change my review to 5 stars if this all works out. Considering 2 licensed shops failed ot fix this, I consider the inconvenience to be minor and forgivable.

Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere.
