Easy online order. I still need to install it. Unit was the exact one I sent for repair. I'm thinking of having another one repaired as backup PCM

I ordered a refurbished computer for my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had my pre programmed computer in one week. After the installation my Jeep ran great and corrected numerous problems with my car. Everything was awesome, I would recommend using these folks if you need a computer. John from Arizona

Our PCM is working amazing! Thanks a ton! We got it back in a fair amount of time. The only thing is we didn't know when it was getting here so we were not home when it was delivered to our door and since we live in a condo with brat neighbors that's a no no. We like getting our deliveries in the mail box! But we got it and are happy the jeeps back up and running!

I followed all instructions and it didnt work. I put the old one back in and truck starts. Its still having problems but it starts at least. Im sending the new one back. If you can refund that would be appreciated but understand if you cannot refund.

Part was delivered when told, and package was un-damaged, still waiting on connector to finish the job. Plastic lock broke when removing the connectors

Works great cars back running after 4 months and two other computers I ordered from other dealers O'Reilly's and AutoZone both junk they sent me new computers but they were not programmed thank you again your product is excellent

As the title says, Awesome customer service and support! Had starting issues with my Durango. Every test we ran pointed to the computer. Contacted a company to run diagnostics, sent my computer to them and got it back 1 week later. Car still didn't start. Immediately called Car Computer Exchange and the sales person got my information, and within minutes I had a reman computer being programmed, tested, and shipped. Had my computer within 6 days. Unboxed it, bolted it in place, plugged in wires and the car started right up!
Hope I never have another car computer issue, but, if I do Car Computer Exchange will be my first called for a reman computer and a reasonable price, with exceptional customer service and support!
