I've been buying ECU from flagship for several years and have never had an issue or have to warranty one they have worked great and I have never had a customer complaint or return for ECU issues after replacing them, I will continue buying control units from them always fast and affordable.

Everything went great! Shipping was fast and the new ECU worked flawlessly, customer support was great. Initially I had a few problems with the installation but those were on my end with ECU - BCU synchronization. Kristine B. Was very prompt with email responses and assistance! We got the exact part we needed, this ECM is not programmable by anyone near us not even any of the dealerships in California, Flagship One programmed it and sent it out in a timely manner and it worked, after the dealership tried to replace it 2 times and said the truck was fixed and actually had to be towed back here from the dealership because they can't program this ECM and still charged us to diagnose, replace and program this PCM

I dealt with a representative named Lander Molina and they were great. They helped.me get everything done within an hour. I am a mom of four and being down a vehicle has been horrible. So, the fact they were able to get me doen and shipped within an hour so I can get stuff shipped out same day was great.

The module for my Jeep Liberty was programmed with the incorrect VIN. I totally expected to receive a too bad sonsad for you experience. Rossell went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. She got the module replaced for free and the and shipping as well. They have definitely earned my and my families future business.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
