2003 Lincoln Town Car PAM replacement

Everything from start to finish was good. Easy people to talk to, the part arrived in a very reasonable time period and worked as it should. If I ever need another part for my Lincoln, I will give them a call first.

"Top Tier" customer service!

The module for my Jeep Liberty was programmed with the incorrect VIN. I totally expected to receive a too bad sonsad for you experience. Rossell went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. She got the module replaced for free and the and shipping as well. They have definitely earned my and my families future business.

Did a Google search for a PCM engine control computer that's already programmed and flagship had the right one for my car at a great price. Did not turn this down and ordered right away. Great Company- Fair Pricing

We have used Flagship many times in the past. Our only complaint is that it has taken way tooooo long to get the ECU back. When you are a auto repair business, your customers rely on us to get the parts and their car repaired quickly. For some reason, this time it is almost two weeks since they were paid and we still have not gotten shipping info.

Refuses to respond to warranty issue
February 20, 2026

Purchased ECM for a 2010 traverse, installed and relearned anti theft as directed, vehicle started once and doesn't keep the relearn info, now throws codes for incorrect key which was not present before ECM replacement. Gm flow chart states if ECM does not accept relearn then it's defective, flagship won't respond to any calls or emails regarding this issue and my customer is now without a vehicle because of this.
