Amazing customer service

Placed in order after calling with questions and the sales rep was very nice and informational. Then after I purchased the product they called and double checked with me that I ordered the right part and confirmed the vin on the vehicle was correct and I received another call confirming that it is shipped and thanking me for doing business with them. I would go back for their services every day of the week. They are friendly and amazing.

Hope it works

Unfortunately, I'm not impressed with the way. The unit looks. I will be installing it this Wednesday. I hope it works and it's not just a junkyard unit that was cleaned and spray painted no instructions on initiation i. E. draining the battery turning the key on etc. learned that on my own hope for the best looks are not impressive

Great customer service

Someone else did all the research for me regarding my ECM unit for my 2012 ES 350. When I followed up, it was very easy as there was a file # assigned to it. Kevin at Flagship One continued the process and sealed the purchase with me, without any problems. I would recommend Kevin at Flagship One.

My experience was great the lady answered every question for me even when it's detailed on the website she was very nice the whole time and detailed I would recommend this to the world you get a programmed ecm for a great price with warranty can't beat it and shipping isn't long latest is 8 business days great job

I paid 274 dollars for a pcm part and it wasn't even programmed for my jeep so now my jeep has to go to a dealership cause you didn't do your job right I will never buy from you again took 274 dollars and flat out lied to me about it being programmed for my 02 jeep

Terrible

Sent me the wrong computer. The new computer was not programmed correctly. I wound up buying another one from the Dealer and spent tons of money. Wasted three weeks of my life.

Uncharted waters

Tracking down the right ECM by giving my VIN number to agent at flagship making a purchase was very simple and painless. One thing I feel you ought to add to your customer service experience is simply informed customers on what steps maybe needed for installation even though you call it a plug and play and it's supposed to be ready to go I screwed mine up because I didn't use a proper steps to marry the key to the ECM and I locked up my car it won't turn over now.
