Purchased ecm for 7.3 diesel from flagship because the site states the ecms have been refurbished, tested, programed and ready to go. The ecm I recieved was definitely not ready to go. The rear port where the tuner plugs in was capped off and security sticker covered so I had no access to plug my tuner in. Thankfully it was covered as it left me with no choice but to remove the cover. Upon doing so I noticed the inside of the ecm was full of sandblast media and debris as well as the tuner plug part of the circut board was gelled over rendering it useless. I had to open the unit up (voids any warranty but after this experience I would never do business with flagship one again) after thoroughly cleaning the media and debris out of the ecm and scraping each trace that was gelled over for the tuner connection I re assembled the ecm and installed it in my ford. Everything now works as it should. I am not impressed with this experience and flagship ones lack of quality control. This was definitely not plug and play.
Took about 2 weeks to get IDM but was informed about how it was progressing often. Installed and running perfectly so far. Very pleased with purchase
I purchased a computer for my 2006 Toyota Corolla to replace the original one. The old one was causing many issues, including some worrisome transmission slipping. For a very reasonable price, all serious issues were resolved. I was also able to replace it myself.
My 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.6l heater a/c blower worked intermittent then stopped. Dealer wanted $3000 if they could find a Mopar TIPM, or $1600 plus labor for aftermarket. One mechanic pulled me aside and said buy from Flagship One. I did, for $650 a newly refreshed TIPMS was shipped on time w multiple updates along the way. The TIPM fixed the problem and came preloaded with the features for my vehicle by VIN. I installed it in less that 1 hour as a novice mechanic, it worked perfectly out the gate, full functional, saving me thousands. Awesome service and product with a lifetime warranty!

I didn't know they had two different computers for the infinity. I ordered the wrong one but changed it anyway need to order the part that I really need. I'm trying to get my key to be programmed to the vehicle and nothing's working right for me but when I get the new piece I need I hope this gets the key to be set up properly to start the vehicle. Other than that I think the computer that I bought is awesome, but need the right one. We'll order what I need soon I appreciate doing business with your company. Maybe if I would have explained it better. The representative that helped me probably could have told me is more than one computer, but it's OK.

The after purchase communication was great. Updates on the pcm through all stages. The down side was the provided procedure did not work for the key and security system relearn. Tried it multiple times and definitely did not work. Ended up having to buy a new bidirectional scan tool to program key.
It seems to have taken a little longer for them to program the computer than they stated but worth it in the end. My check engine light has come back on but the jeep runs good and is fixed.

Selecting the right computer was confusing. I selected the wrong one at first. It took 10 days to receive the computer, there were programing issues. Once I received it I installed it in minutes. It started right up! Overall it was a good experience!

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
