Plugged in new ECM, did not work at all. Have to go to dealership to get a new one. Which leads me to what's the point of your product if it doesn't work. Your security bypass instructions did not work either

I was struggling to find a technician who would/could or even wanted to flash, or replace my ECU. There was almost certainly nobody but hearing about this website; i gave it a shot and what do you know? They were able to make my car up & run again and the cheapest too. Literally saved my car

I purchased a replacement engine ECU for a Chevrolet Silverado. It was advertised as 'plug and play'. The key was supposed to be easily linked to the new ECU.
Yes the ECU was the correct one for my vehicle and the VIN was programmed correctly. I was unable to start the engine.
I needed to have the ignition key (security) programmed to the ECU via a 3rd party.
After that the truck ran well.

This was never the case.
Yes the ECU was the correct one for my vehicle and the VIN was programmed. Ultimately what is advertised was not the reality.
Nice people to deal with but not convinced of the portrayal of the product.

The procedure was fine to get the computer, but the time frame you give us, is acceptable but, when it take twice as long to get it is unacceptable, it took too long to get it and had to change plans to get the truck back on the road.

Unit was not plug and go

Received new ECU and installed it in my car, after which I went to start it and while the car had power nothing happened when I tried to turn it over. Contacted Flag ship one was was sent an email how to resolve the issue. Apparently the immobilizer had to be reset to the key chip. This cost me an additional 60 dollars for the cable to plug in and software license to perform the reset. While it started once I performed the steps I wish I would have known prior to ordering so I did not have to wait to be sent the cable.

I called Flagship One and ordered a rebuilt PCM for my truck. They said they would ship in 3-5 business days but they didn't even start the rebuild process till about 7 days after placing the order. The entire process took about 3 weeks.

However, the item works like a charm and my truck is up and running nicely.

One last critique is that the connector pins on my unit were very dirty and appeared to have been sand blasted or something for they had a grit on them. I had to clean them very thoroughly before installing in my truck. For the price they charge I was kind of hoping the unit would arrive cleaner.

Took almost a month and every time I called they would say they were working on it but never started it. You guys called me like a week later and asked for all the numbers off the old one to program the new one so it just proved you never started on it but was yet always told they were working on it. They don't say anything on the website till you buy it that there is a back log on them. I don't mind waiting at all but wish they would've been more up front. Being down a vehicle really sucks especially where I live we have no way to get anywhere or rentals or anything.No complaints with actual product at all. Shipping was super quick it was over nighted which I didn't pay for which was super nice of them to do I am assuming because of the extra wait and stuff.

My 2003 Toyota Matrix was giving me a P1300 cylinder 1 igniter circuit malfunction code. It would run okay on start up and then start misfiring after it warmed up some. I tried a different ignition coil on cylinder 1, still had the code. I decided the issue must be in the engine control module. I called Flagship One and asked about a replacement ecm. They had one, just needed the vin number for the car so they code properly program the ecm. It was even on sale at the time so that saved me $80, what a bonus! Received the replacement ecm in a reasonable amount of time. Would have received it sooner, but it shipped through USPS and Oct. 13 was a holiday and post office was closed. I picked it up on Oct 14. I went home, swapped it out and it worked perfectly. It has been in the car for just over 30 days and no issues. The car is 22 years old and it's great that I can still get electronic parts for it. It's a great little car and I can still work on it when needed, which isn't too often.

I bought a replacement PCM for my 2007 Ford Expedition. FS1inc had the part in stock and got it to me relatively quickly. Setup of the unit was easy - I had the licensed version of FORScan, which made it super simple to set up one everything was plugged in!

Out of the blue!

After working as an auto body tech for 45 years I dealt with a lot of idiots when it comes to getting a good quality of a right part! You delivered both and I got my personal car up and running thanks to you. Not one chain store here has a clue. I will be the first to admit when there wrong.
I will also let them know the substandard price of $#*! part they try to pawn off on you to make sales
Quota will be extremely uncomfortable where I'm gonna put it. When it comes to repairing cars

Ordered an engine computer

We ordered a programmed Engine control module, plug and play for my 1998 Ram Cummins 5.9, was able to swap out old one and replaced with the programmed one. Am very satisfied with the results thus far, been about 2 months and no issues.

Flagship ECU Fixed my issue

The shop repaired the engine harness which had a short. That damage caused a failure of the original ECU. They wanted a ton of money to replace the ecu with a new one from the dealership. I found flagship One online and gave them the vehicle information. They called and helped me pick the right ECU. A few days later it arrived and I plugged it in. It worked right away and only needed a few minutes to "learn". I saved a bunch of money and have no check engine light and passed emissions. I recommend Flagship One.

1st part was ok, 2nd part salesman was unclear and I felt pressured to buy the part without returning core from previous part so I got screwed out of 250.00 "store discount " Also part is "as is " unprogrammed and will cost me another 300.00 to get it programmed. Not ideal.

Great service and price

Fast and excellent service, questions were asked and was able to have my ecm drop shipped to HP Tuners for the unlock service instead of having dual shipping to my residence and back to HP. Saved a lot of time and effort.
