First PCM took awhile but came in and worked great, Second PCM they kept having issues then ended up ordering another one but was taking a long time to come in for reprogramming so we asked for a refund
I needed a computer for a 2011 Ford Taurus. Called Flagship One and they were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Had some trouble getting the parameter reset done and called back and got more help. Computer is working great.
After extensive diagnostic of the wiring and O2 sensor, I came to the conclusion that the PCM was the cause of this code. I have purchased PCMs from Flagship1 for my other cars and have had no issues. I trust the technical and service members in helping me through each step in getting my car ready to pass inspection.
I ordered a new ecm for my 2014 chev silverado. I typed in the vin, paid for the part and by the end of the day the part was being programmed to my vin and was sent the next day. They sent me an email every step of progress. I received my fully programmed ecm within a week of ordering. I will definitely look to them for more ordering in the future.
This was my first experience with Flagship 1 and they provided a replacement PCM that was programmed with the correct part number and VIN without me needing to send a core. I only needed to reprogram my keys. I believe the price was very fair and would use them again.

The pcm I purchased for my 2019 Grand Caravan activated dtc's which were not present on my original pcm. One of these actually caused the throttle to fail while driving on a busy street. It also caused failure of the transmission to shift, resulting in a very hazardous situation.
The 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee L6 was purchased used for a work car. It idled rough from the start. The transmission had trouble shifting up at times. Then the engine would die for no reason while in gear. Therefore the PMC was replaced with one from Flagship and it runs like a new vehicle.
The company kept me informed about shipping even when there was a delay due to their testing process. The new ECU was amazingly easy to adapt to the vehicle. Very pleased!

I spent 45 minutes on the phone with the customer service representative. There was clearly a language barrier so I kept having to repeat myself and confirm details especially in regards to the shipping address. The package was still shipped incorrectly and lost by USPS. It's been over a month since my order and they have not shipped me another unit despite the fact that usps sent a letter accepting fault for losing the package despite the address being out incorrectly. The last contact I had was 2 weeks ago when the representative said give her a few days to resolve. I have no product nor a refund. The whole process is just frustrating.

I live in Puerto Rico ordered a computer for a '94 Toyota Pickup. It turned into an order by phone, as Puerto Rico was not an option to mail to using the online web feature. The young lady who assisted was very helpful and professional. The part arrived before the expected delivery and my truck is running like new again. Thanks!

Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
