We had to replace our ECM two-weeks prior to a trip we were taking. Flagship One was very upfront about the timeline in receiving our part and maintained constant email updates. Once we received our part, Ryann was again, in constant contact to make sure install went smoothly. In this day and age of technology and AI, Flagship One puts customers first and they do so in a personal, meaningful way. Truly, truly appreciate doing business with them.
Does the product work? Yes. Would I order from them again? Only as a last resort. Why? I ordered the item needed and it took 2 weeks to finally get to me. So if you need something fast, This probably isnt the best option, but if it is your only option, itll work.
My experience was pretty perfect from start to finish! The PCM was already programmed and everything was good to go to simply 'plug & play'.

I ordered a PCM from you expecting that your website was telling the truth(I believe that now truth is a rare commodity in the U.S.)
After several weeks went by the item was finally shipped.Shipping and duties were as much money as the product. When PCM arrived I installed and proceeded to attempt key programming. The PCM is blank. What kind of a halfwit person? Would do that after supposedly taking over 2 weeks to program it to original number?

I can't fault the product works as described hundred percent better than what I had if I could change one thing I feel it's very slow to get it out of your door by the time you've done the checks and programming, etc. takes a long time
Needed an ECM for my 91 Chevrolet Bucket Truck which is a very important vehicle in the operation of my tree service. After reading reviews, decided to order from Flagship One. Ordered on 10/15 and after several apologies for employee shortages and delays, finally received on 11/4. Lost a client and several jobs due to the delays. Probably will not use or recommend Flagship One. Think they could have done better?
Ordering process was seamless but I had no idea if the product would work. Turns out after installation my truck is running like new. Would not hesitate to buy again.
I got the right part. I ain't sure about the price, but I put it in the truck and the truck run so the part was right little high I think but I can live with it.

I have heard about the reprogramming fee and that 4 out of 10 computers actually work. It worked for 50 miles and then conked out, nothing. All gauges went to zero and computer was unresponsive. So I put the old one back in to get it home. Now I bought a new car. You guys are terrible at programming computers and then you blame it on the customer. So I didn't go down that road. I just gave up on fixing my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7L V8. It was my daily driver and had a brand new engine and transmission. I decided to fork out and finance 22k on a new car. Now the Jeep sits and my money is all tied up. No money to spend on this jeep. I would never use flagship one for a computer. I haven't found the answer yet, but I think a clone for 400 dollars might work. Just spent 3k dollars replacing everything on that jeep and it's still broken. So I wish Flagship one, would get some karma for their terrible work and and complete disgrace to their customers. Just ripping off every single person. It's the worst I have ever seen. Millions of dollars in grand rip off I guess. I am not playing the game and give them more money to reprogram and wait another month to receive a.compiter that is unreliable and basically a really expensive paper weight.
