My truck would not start... all lights in dash ON... I ordered the ECU from Flagship 1. Shipped pretty quickly, plugged it in and the truck started right up with no issues... VERY. HAPPY. CUSTOMER..

I've have a 2010 nissan centra for some time.Now bought it new, took it to the dealership because I had engine crank, but no start situation. Dealer said ecu was no longer available. Contacted Flagship and a hooked me up with the ecu that I needed for my car. My car was down for over 8 months and now it's up and running again. Thanks to them.

I purchased a ecm computer for my car from you all when I got it installed it wasn't programmed which you all told me it was; as a result, I informed the mechanic that worked on installing the computer to program the keys to it, and he did the car ran good in park but when I put it in drive the car didn't shift properly due to p163e code error programming, so I paid the mechanic $175 for the keys now hes wanting to get paid to program for the transmission. I loose bad. The price of purchasing the computer, the price of programming the car twice. Very dissatisfied

ECM ultimately worked after I had my original key and spare programmed to the ECM. I would recommend got me back on the road. 😁

We purchased a computer in September and when it arrived it didn't work and had a code. We sent it back and the next computer didn't work either, the vehicle wouldn't start and we sent that one back as well. Still haven't received one back and our customer has been without their truck for 2 months now. Customer service is good but the product isn't.
Ordered a PCM for my truck. It was was supposed to be preprogrammed, it was not. Now my truck wont switch gears. The TCM part of the computer is not working.
It was easy to order and had part within 7 days from order. Came pre programmed for my wife's jeep installed and changed crank positioning sensor and is running like new.
Mr. Mario knew which part I needed although I gave him a different part number. Thank you for doing your homework and providing what I needed.
The old ECM had an open on ground signal circuit to number 2 ign coil, I traced the open back to it. That is why I needed a new ECM. I ordered your reman ECM. All other sources for them are questionable especially Cardone which most other parts houses were pushing. My friend brought up your company, so I gave you a try, And I couldn't be more pleased, had the part with in 5 days and it worked perfectly. Thank You. I will use again when needed.
My experience with Flagship One was fantastic! Once on-line I entered my information, the Vin Number, and a few questions. They updated me during the steps of their process. It took over a week to complete and landed at my facility in just over 8 days. I installed the system and the vehicle fired right-up. I would recommend and will use Flagship One again when the need arises.
The computer should be plug and play, everything should be working, piece of crap! I will never buy from these guys and I will tell my friends and relatives, not to buy from these guys either.

Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
