Missed buying before the price hike but Black Friday discount helped. Kit arrived really quickly packaged well. Parts were in great shape. Install was tougher than it had to be due to age of truck; the clamp bolt on the extension was rusted so had to cut off the bolt and clamp. The flare end of the extension had also rusted through so had to cut it off (~ 3"). Fit the parts onto truck and the over-axle tube hanger would not seat in hanger isolator so had to cut another 2" off of extension. Used a butt connector strap from Autozone to secure the front end of the kit to the extension. Adjusted and tightened everything up and fired her up to hear a decent rumble and tone which was a bit quieter than expected. Slightly louder than stock at cruising and fairly aggressive sounding at full throttle. Really nice improvement without being obnoxious.
Good overall. However I had 3in v band clamps instead of the 2.5 that were saposto come with it. So had to buy them separately.

Bought this on a sale for Black Friday. They communicated right away the timeline of shipment and updated as needed. Everything came packaged extremely well. I would buy an exhaust from them again with confidence.
I received the package but box had a hole and until today that I have the time to install it i have to get the hardware to finish the job I thought it would be shipped with it and I didn't have a time to ask if this come with it since I was in the middle of the job

Very pleased with the part, so far. Nice that it included the 3 gaskets and nuts, although I had to supply my own 3 bolts from the Dealer. One thing worth mentioning, is that NOBODY including Hottexhaust definitively calls out fitment for the above vehicle with 4WD. The Hottexhaust website also indicated 3 pictures of the pipe and cat, all with the SAME part number, which is confusing. As it turned out, I selected the part which most accurately resembled my existing part. The company needs to revamp their customer care team, as it is very difficult to get assistance in a timely manner. When I left messages, and the AI said that I would be contacted, there was NO follow up. I finally got in touch with Chris Ramirez, I believe, and he was a great help! He is a credit to his organization and worthy of acknowledgment.

Never dealt with this website before but was tempted by the 20% off. I ended up buying a full exhaust system cats and cat back exhaust for my 89 mustang. Everything arrived in the original magna flow boxes and was perfect. Received the cats within 2 days of placing the order and the exhaust arrived shortly after. The exhaust hanger was backwards and one of the bolts stripped
Had to take the day off the work with last minute notice due to UPS requiring signature and changing the date. I don't like the exhaust but that's not Hottexhaust fault.
Wrote an email, wondering why one came from Canada and the other from Oceanside, CA and why the SKU number on the delivery email didn't seem to match the SKU # I ordered. But never got an answer, guess its okay.
