Product performed as expected. We programmed the keys, and it will not program with one. New dealer key and everything performed as expected. The time down was a big factor, as Mazda's new computers were obsolete. Flagship is highly recommended if you want to get this part in a few weeks. I can see a week wait but almost 3 was a customer killer.
I told a competitor. You were cheaper. They never offered a discount. Then I found out they didn't even process my order. They did charge me though. So I bought the ECM from you. Painlessly.
I am a professional repair shop and do not have the capability of flashing Chrysler products so I outsource it. This is the second time that it has taken a month to get the product. 15 emails saying that it is shipped and no phone calls saying im sorry this is running late this is why... be upfront about how long it ACTUALLY takes and people will be less angry. I won't be using flagship again unless I HAVE to.
I was unable to get a replacement ECU from the manufacture. Searched the web and found Flagship. Gave them a call and the lady who answered was very helpful. She told me what unit I needed and gave a fair price. Flagship kept me informed on where the ECU was in the process and when it was shipped. I installed it on the truck and the problem was fixed.
Everything went perfect the part came fast. It was programmed perfect. The car started right up. They even sent me directions on how to reset the key. I had gotten a pcm for a 98 corvette. Would highly recommend. Thank you again for your excellent service.
After years of my failing computer, I decided to to replace it so I could further pinpoint an additional problem it had acquired causing it to misfire. Took my buddy about an hour to remove the old one and install my unit. Started up no problem but check light engine on. Ran to Autozone and pointed probable 2 different O2 sensors. So I ordered all 4 and after installing no check engine and running like new.

Ordered an EMC for my car. I got an email a couple days later saying the first EMC wouldn't pass their electrical test so a second EMC was being tested. The 2nd EMC delivered and installed. My car's check engine light cleared and car passed emissions. Worked as it should.
Wonderful experience with Flagship One. My next door neighbor ordered a new computer for my 2006 Mustang and Flagship One suggested I order a DIFFERENT computer part than the one originally ordered. So I went with Flagship One's recommendation and it worked out perfectly. FLAGSHIP ONE WAS CORRECT. Very happy. My neighbor hooked up my new computer and it works great. Thank you
I'm originally ordered the wrong part and the customer service caught it and advised the correct part and took care of getting it programmed and shipped in a timely manner. If I ever need another ecm I will definitely be back.
The Ecm we received was programmed for a transponder vehicle and ours is nontransponder. Therefore we had to pay to have it programmed and diagnosed again. Poor experience.
The new replacement PCM was easy to install. I replaced all the emissions components and all the codes reset that helped my car pass the emissions test.
The computer was in excellent condition, and was programmed to the proper VIN. It turns out, the dealership mechanic was lazy and didn't listen to me when i told him what the problem was (I'm just a woman, after all), and my old computer was fine. I'm still happy with the product though!

I had a code P0401 code on my Camry. I was hoping the problem was a faulty ECM but it turned out not to be the case. The problem was a defective new VSV. However, this ECM works well.
Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
