I had a code P0401 code on my Camry. I was hoping the problem was a faulty ECM but it turned out not to be the case. The problem was a defective new VSV. However, this ECM works well.

Just going to say trying to communicate with Flagship One is difficult, NO ONE will or is incapable of answering your questions.
All you get is what the script says.
Lifetime warranty does not mean that at all.
Be very careful.
Could go on for ever but Not going to change the outcome.
If you have the opportunity to buy elsewhere PLEASE consider it.

Great product. My only issue is it took almost a month to arrive. I was told high volume orders delayed shipping. The product works and was exactly as advertised make no mistake. No issues with quality at all. My only issue is the constant delays. If volume was so high that you delay shipping for months then at least put that on the website so your customers are not left unable to use a vehicle.

2004 escalade ecm

Remanufactured ecm with lifetime warranty, great selling point. Im a certified gm mechanic so installation and theft/ key programming was well learned, the instructions that were sent were clear and accurate. Everything went flawlesly. Would definately recommend this company. Shipping was very quick and i didnt have to return old ecm. One less thing to bother with.

Took 3 weeks to ship they didn't get the ball rolling til I called and asked about my order.

That being said when my product arrived I swapped it out and my truck issue has been fixed and has never ran better. Cheap price

Your ECM did not work

I've already emailed you that I received the ECM installed the end ECM did all the correct startup procedures and instrument panel lit up stereo came on AC came on engine would not start and I asked for a response what to do next ASAP couple days ago and have not heard from you yet

I ordered a ECU for my Jeep which wasn't firring on two cylinders. The ECU I received worked plug and play and solved the problem. 100% worth the money for a quality product programed for my vehicle. Having a lifetime warranty really makes it a no brainer.

Grateful

I am grateful that Flagship 1 was able to source a good ECM for my neighbors 1997 Toyota Corolla. I was able to diagnose the car using my Picoscope. The fuel injectors driver system had failed in the original ECM. I load tested the ECM powers and grounds. I then ordered a good used one from Flagship 1 and received it within two weeks. Installed it and the engine runs great.

I talked to someone before ordering. I had confidence In what you were providing was accurate. But then there was delays. Was almost 14 business days before I saw the part. Was told it was coming by courier because of the Canadian postal strike and it ended up coming by Canada post. Upon arrival I had a duty I had to pay on it for $130 that I was not made aware of. Disappointed in that fact but the product itself seemed like a quality product. I'm not 100% sure of the date.

You guys were great about getting my a new/reman ecm for my pickup. I'm having one issue with programming effecting my grid heater. Trying to find a tuner or programmer to fix that.
What is really disappointing is the core return program. I really appreciate the lifetime warranty and hope that is representative of the quality of your remanufacturing What I don't like is the offering of a store credit for the value of my core return. If your product is as good as you advertise it, what good is a credit, unless I have to replace the ecm you just sent me. I'm an individual, not a dealer, and hope to never need to replace another ecm; so what good does a store credit do me. It seems like gaslighting to get a free core. Why don't you offer a cash back or credit option for core returns? This is what sours me.

Great overall experience. Received updates throughout the whole process. Easy installation. I'm back up and running. Replacing the PCU fixed the problems that mechanics couldn't identify, as the vehicle wasn't showing any fault codes. Spent less on the new unit than I did on alleged "trouble shooting". Thank you!

Didn't work

I order a jeep ECM and had it programmed. Finally got it put on last week and it wouldn't start the jeep. I know the old one does work I put old one back on. Not sure how to either money back or get reprogrammed

Exactly what I needed

Dealer quoted me over $1600 for just the ECU. FlagOne got the exact reconditioned part programed to my VIN to me for $240 delivered. 20min install and they sent the OBD2 dongle to complete the install. Working great so far and fixed my problems!

I need a pcm for a 2002 f150. No one could help me. I notified flagship their representative was very courteous and helpful. I had to provide my vin to the vehicle. At first I ordered the wrong pcm. They notified me of the mistake and told me the correct pcm I needed and how much extra it was going to be. It wasnt much. Then they kept me notified of their process. I was sent details on how to program the pcm to my vehicle. I contacted them and told them I didnt have the equipment and two keys to my truck to do the programming of pcm. He sent me detailed information on how to reprogram the new pcm when I recieved it. The representative then sent me more information on what to do. He also told me I could get a license locksmith to do it for me in my area since I didnt have the equipment and get another key for my truck or I could take it to Ford Dealership. I chose to contact a license locksmith. I showed him all the information that flagship sent me and then the locksmith was able to get my truck to start with their instructions. Plus the cost if the pcm was at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again if I need to and also tell people around me about them. They are very professional and keep you informed until your business is done with the company.

The module I ordered worked as is should but took 17 days to receive my order from day of purchase. My order came and the inside of the plug/terminals were dirty like it was just taken off a truck with 300k miles. There was paint over spray on the connector. Not satisfied with the "Fast and Free" shipping.
