Experience started out great. Fast shipping. Easy instalation. Then I got an error when i started the vehicle. Internal Control Module Malfunction P062F. Contacted customers service via email multiple times for question and answeres with no response. Been well over a month now. Very disappointing.
Ordered a part and took over 2 weeks to arrive, when it clearly stated no more than a week, will never do business with you and will not recommend

Ordered my ECU 9/1 finally got it 9/22 dusty and dirty inside connection plugs. Was recommended by 2 shops I know. 1 my wife works for, They both are telling me now they are having the same problem. Something has changed apparently.
Ordered a new "brain" for a Durango. Was told that it would be programmed by you. When it was received and put in, it didn't work. Called multiple times and left messages but no call back. Still waiting.
We were desperately in need of a replacement computer for a 2000 Dodge Ram Van, and were not able to source one, either through our local Dodge dealers, or through local Auto Parts stores. Flagship One was able to provide one, including programming it. We were kept updated on progess of the order throughout, and once installed the van is working again. I had a problem with the oxygen sensor circuit on my Mustang GT. I traced it to the PCM so I ordered a replacement PCM and I was very pleased when it came. Everything worked like if the PCM was new again.
After waiting A very long time we got the computer for our car and 2 ford techs tried to program it and it still dosent run. Our car has been down for more that 2 months. We are very dissapointed.
Daughters 2015 jeep wrangler left here on the side of the road took ro several shops with no luck getting to start. Unhooked PCM and then started but would stall frequently. Saw some info on flagship website order PCM and installed so far running good no stalling. Thank you.
The process was easy and simple. Second time using Flagship one. Only downfall is both times estimated ETA was a week turn-around time and all in all it took about two weeks. Not a bad turn around time but working in the parts industry more of an approximate ETA would be a little more convenient. Definitely will recommend to use regardless.
After installing the computer in the truck, I connected it to a scanner and it showed a lot of engine codes. These did not appear before until I installed this computer.
Key information was not programmed. Again. Every time I get a computer. I have to send it back 2 or 3 times to get one that works. I still have not been able to get it to accept the key code. Followed instruction. Tried several times. May stop payment.
We have dealt with FS1 for years and are glad to see that their customer service has gone back to the level that we have grown to expect. Keep up the good work

From the very beginning, ladies that helped by sending me information on product. And each time we called for assistance ordering, they had all my information right there that was given them on my first call, I didn't have to give same information.We installed part and within 30min. 🙏my dodge was up and running. Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
