After waiting A very long time we got the computer for our car and 2 ford techs tried to program it and it still dosent run. Our car has been down for more that 2 months. We are very dissapointed.
Daughters 2015 jeep wrangler left here on the side of the road took ro several shops with no luck getting to start. Unhooked PCM and then started but would stall frequently. Saw some info on flagship website order PCM and installed so far running good no stalling. Thank you.
The process was easy and simple. Second time using Flagship one. Only downfall is both times estimated ETA was a week turn-around time and all in all it took about two weeks. Not a bad turn around time but working in the parts industry more of an approximate ETA would be a little more convenient. Definitely will recommend to use regardless.
After installing the computer in the truck, I connected it to a scanner and it showed a lot of engine codes. These did not appear before until I installed this computer.
Key information was not programmed. Again. Every time I get a computer. I have to send it back 2 or 3 times to get one that works. I still have not been able to get it to accept the key code. Followed instruction. Tried several times. May stop payment.
We have dealt with FS1 for years and are glad to see that their customer service has gone back to the level that we have grown to expect. Keep up the good work
Product does not work I emailed them and never got a response will never order again or recommend them to anyone I know
From the very beginning, ladies that helped by sending me information on product. And each time we called for assistance ordering, they had all my information right there that was given them on my first call, I didn't have to give same information. We installed part and within 30min. 🙏my dodge was up and running. Thank you
Between the customer service and the delay in shipping, the time it took to get something that should've been to me in a couple of days cost me money at a garage, which truly went against everything. The initial person told me.
I consistently received messages that the unit was two days from shipping, causing confusion and distrust with my client. When in actuality it wasn't within two weeks.
I am a bit confused it asked to have the card entered twice
I had a great experience with Flagship One. I needed a PCM for my 1997 Jeep TJ and they fixed me up. They were in contact with me and kept me updated. It worked great. I would highly recommend them.
I bought a Cobalt that didn't start for a chance flip. We come its was the computer. In short it stared right up with no problem or resets. All good.
Extremely happy with the purchasing experience, gave me very understandable instructions, was delivered in a timely manner, love this company
I'm in NZ and the freight was super expensive. My parents happened to be in the US, on the West, and Flagship turned around an ECU in a couple of days to get it shipped to their location. Unfortunately, they had to leave an hour before the delivery was made, but that's not the fault of Flagship.
Had the ECU forwarded to us in NZ, and the car fired right up.
Only negative I had was the appearance of the ECU was a little rough, it had been media blasted and wasn't pretty. On a C6 Corvette it's well hidden so not the end of the world
Computer works fine once I finally got it. When I ordered it I was told 3 to 5 days to program the computer and ship it. Don't believe it. I finally received a message that it has been programmed with my vin number and they would contact me after it was tested. I called a couple times and just got blown off. I was ready to cancel after 2 weeks and got another message that it completed but still took a couple days before i got a message that it was being shipped. Computer is fine but customer service and truth in how long was not good. I had to get temporary operation permits twice and my mechanic had held time and had to book other work as I couldn't believe anything I was told and had to wait till it was in hand to schedule an appointment.
There was some confusion about the delivery of my part. When I called customer service both people I talked to were kind of rude and said it wasn't their problem. I was very disappointed in their reaction. I finally found my package but I am not sure I will order from them again.
Ordered my part. Simple enough 3 to 7 days I'll have my part. Nothing from them on shipping so I contacted them. 7 days after I bought it I I find out they haven't even programmed it yet. Ii didn't get anything about it shipping but at about 14 days I have a package. If you need it on a time schelude, this isn't the company to order from. They are more we will get it to you when we feel like it.
When my local mechanic told my the car's onboard computer was dying, she said she could get one from Toyota for about $1,599. I found what I needed from Flagship One for $250 and change. The company answered all my prepurchase questions with clarity and I pushed the button. The device arrived a couple weeks later, ready to install. The next day, I drove the car from Philly out to Colorado Springs and there's been no problems since. It was a great experience and, while I hope to not have to repeat it, if I do, I'll be returning to Flagship One without hesitation.
Customer service was helpful in multiple occasions; even when I was difficult. ECM was matched properly and worked upon installation.
Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
Answer: Stay away! They charged my card and never sent my part!
