Needed a module for my car. Sent in the VIN and hoped it would be programmed correctly so I could get my car running. When it arrived, it worked perfectly!

My mechanic recommended Flagship One to order the OEM for my van. It was very straightforward. With the Vin# I was able to get the exact part and worked perfectly. They kept me posted as to when the part was being sent and arrived within the time they said. Completely satisfied and recommend.

Got ECM for 2007 Ford Edge. The auto locksmith that did the PATS programming put 'REFURB GREAT' on the receipt. The misfire that we were experiencing is now gone. Happy with my purchase and experience with Flagship One.

Ordering was easy straight forward. The process took a little over a week to receive the unit. The only issue I had was the unit came with abrasive residue on it, on the pins and in the sockets. I cleaned the unit, the pins and sockets off, then installed it. Works Great. I will buy from them again!

Needed a computer for my truck. After ordering I was sent emails updating the progress with programing and shipping. Product was shipped and arrived on time.

Part needed at local stores was more expensive and time of delivery was long. From Flagship One all of my needs were met. Part was installed and engine started and ran like a clock. This company was very helpful and will be my go-to from now on. Thanks Again..

I bought the pcm because I thought it was the issue and my truck still won't start. I had the keys cut and still had to pay 450 more dollars to a locksmith because the cut keys even when programmed wouldn't pair with the pcm for some reason. I'm out of about a 1000 bucks and it still doesn't start so my advice make sure your pcm is bad before buying a replacement.

Had my stock computer repaired somewhere else no good. Ordered one from flag ship. Plugged it in and all problems were gone. It was awesome

The PCM from Flagship One gave new life to our 1996 Dodge Ram 2500. With the 8L V10, the response has been incredible. I thought the $545 price tag sounded like a little, but discovered it was worth every penny of the price. Thank you always. Greg C.

I clicked on the part that matched the part that I needed and was very happy with the feed back as to where what and when the part was being shipped and very happy with being informed about the key needing relearned

They explained the step by step they do to get your ecm ready. I have never had a company explain the step by step before. Then they send you another email explaining how to get your new ecm set up with your vehicle. I will recommend friends to this company.

Took forever to receive my item. Received several messages stating that item would ship in 1 - 2 days and it took 10 days before the item was shipped.

Order a ECM for my 2001 Dodge Caravan. Website said to expect shipment in 7-8 business days. I rented a car so to have wheels for that period of time. As it turned out, the shipment took almost a month. Went through a lot of expense because FS1 did not live up to it promise... 7 - 8 business days. I can say that I will not use this supplier again.

The personal experience was good but I'm not sure if the representative was sure of my Vin or vehicle number. The unit that I saw online that looked more like my ECM was not the one that she selected.

Made my vehicle run horrible end up having to go to the dealership and buying a new one and getting a program by the dealer and it came damaged in the package. Packaging was damaged as well. Look like the computer came out of a front and smashed up vehicle. All tho cosmetics of the computer doesn't affect the functionality other than looks. I have lots of photos if anyone wants to see them just PM me
