Ordered a water pump which did not fit my engine. Called service rep to return item. Was told to keep item and issued a full refund.
I received the part that I ordered, but I also received a set of tie down straps that I did not order, the plastic ties had been cut and the straps were loose inside the box. I will send them back if I get a postage paid return statement.

6 years ago, i began restoring a 57 Chevy originally purchased by my brother. Over the years the car was basically left to rust away. Whenever i needed a new part, i counted on Ecklers to provide a quality part with quick response time. Ecklers delivered every time, with quality and on time, I have recommended Ecklers to my restoration friends many time over the years!
Called for older F1 parts and Taney C. Was very helpful and got me the info I needed and parts.Very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable on what I was working on.
I ordered two rear quarter panels for my car. I was charged $300 for delivery from Kansas to Texas. Your company chose the carrier, I didn't have that option. The shipping site shows it arrived at the facility here 30 miles from my house on a Friday. I called the carrier on Monday, they stated they were scheduling a driver and I would not receive it until Wednesday and refused to let me drive 30 minutes to pick it up myself. You should think twice about using Maersk Shipping!
Easy to use website, and parts ordering was easy. Parts arrived quickly. I had a problem with a part not working on my custom job and the return was quick and easy. I will buy more parts from Ecklers in the future!
Everything was great but I was going have to wait 6 weeks or so for half of the order. The one floor pan had to be stamped or found. I got both from ebay for 1/2 the price and delivered for free in 3 days. Your salesman was excellent and I will buy most of the build from him
When looking through apparel... I would estimate that about half of the items listed dont have a picture or thumbnail. Tough to purchase when I don't know what I should be getting.
Looking stuff up on the computer is very hard. I have had stuff sent to me thur the mail and it takes forever to get. I have requested everytime not to use the mail yet you do not listen.

You can always contact our Sales Techs, and they can place the order over the phone for you and help locate the products you are interested in purchasing. As for shipping, we do not have control over which carrier delivers your items; it all depends on the products purchased, as we are contracted with multiple carriers. Pics made it look like it came with more parts than it did, had to place a seperate order for triangle bolts even though they were displayed in the picture advertised for the entire t-top lock kit

Had to return product because it turned out to be not what I wanted. Received store credit which worked out ok because I eventually bought something else.

We contract with Maersk, and they sometimes use subcontractors to deliver the products. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, and we advise that freight has a longer transit time, typically between 5 to 10 business days.
