I ordered two hood struts for my C4 1986 Vette. Only the two struts arrived. There was no accompanying hardware that was mentioned in the sale, and I can't install the struts without the promised hardware. I need to receive the promised hardware for the hood struts to be installed. I want the follow up hardware or I will return the struts to you for a complete refund.
Ordered a light switch on October 7. Checked on the order October 20. The woman on the phone issued a refund BEFORE explaining that the part was out of stock. Waited 2 weeks while I could have had the part from another source. Someone could have contacted me at the time it became obvious that they could not fill the order. If I hadn't called I have to assume this would have sat unresolved indefinitely.

Says in stock & then you order & it comes from manufacturer 3 weeks later. Bate & switch! Price is higher then Zip Corvette, shame on you.

We list it as "In Stock" because it means the supplier has the material to build the item if it is made to order, or they have the item on the shelf. We also list the expected delivery date right under that, which you can see reflected at a later time. Right now, the website says November 5th-8th. At the time of your order, I cannot see what the website reflected, but I do see that the estimated delivery date is 10/29-11/01. Please keep an eye on your email for tracking information to be sent over. We also have a price match policy where we will price match our competitors. First time customer. Talked to rep, with questions. Web site was easy to maneuver. Purchased a couple of items. Everything went well.
I ordered black door panels in January. With many promises of delivery, they never came. Finally, 8 months later I was informed they were no longer available and my purchase was refunded. I'm ordering brown hoping I can paint them black. Hope they really are "in stock" like the description says.

Shipped quickly and arrived ahead of projected times
Site was a little odd to navigate and wouldnt let me do my 1937 car as an option lumped me in with trucks

I bought several parts. It was easy to navigate through the website and place the order. The prices were extremely competitive and the shipping was quick and on time.
I haven't found an item that wasn't in stock yet for my 1960 Thunderbird. With older cars, finding parts is sometimes an issue, but I've found everything I need so far.
I have 5 classics, 4 chevy and 1 mustang. I have found so many items and great deals for all of the 5 of them. Shipping is always quick and I have never had a reason for return.
2x Ecklers vendor sent wrong parts (brake line kit). Ecklers had wrong part number in vendors system.
I had to drive 1 hr each time (2 hrs total) to return parts due to Ecklers screw up. NOT HAPPY in Kansas

I called to confirm the part I found on the internet. Erik helped me and said if I have any other questions I could locate him at ext. 1401. That makes me feel like I have a connection at Ecklers.
Ashley C. Was absolutely exceptional, she answered all of my questions quickly and clearly while providing me with several options.
Some stuff is great
Some isnt
Example: i ordered 2 side mirror brackets.
One is perfect
One the screw hole to attach the mirror is too big, so the screw that fits is too big and wont recess into the mirror.
Options: run it as is looking like $#*!, or throw it in the trash.
Other things like gas tank and sending unit were good quality with no manufacturing issues, but tank neck was damaged/bent during shipping. Not ecklers fault. I just straightened it and carried on.

I have bought several parts from Ecklers l have a 69 Z/28 Camaro with the 302 engine to keep it in perfect show condition l from time to time order new parts to keep in nearly new condition. Thanks for having the correct parts.
All good. Shipping cheaper & faster than Corvette central. Ordered same parts had been waiting week items just shipped but part of order is months until shipped even thoe the said it was in stock
I just bought a 68 Camaro and the people at Ecklers were so helpful in selecting some very specific items for my car, and they were very patient with me on the phone as well. Once I had the part numbers, they offered to process the order over the phone, which was very helpful. Great customer service.
Used the chat feature on their website. Confirmed the parts I was looking at fit. The customer service rep even was interested enough to ask me to share a picture of my project and he communicated with me about how awesome it was. Never had such good customer service out of a company.
