Sourcing my product was quick and easy. You have a wide variety of products and different manufacturers. Your pricing is on par with all major distributors. My only complaint would be while checking out your only shipping options seem to be FedEx and UPS. Both of which are incredibly expensive options for me (unless it's going through Amazon). If you provided a ground shipping option through USPS that would be great for cost. I had this order shipped to my niece's house in another state because it was free and I will be there in a couple weeks. It would of cost almost the same price as the product to ship to my house.
XT do not seem to actually check the manufacturer specifications before listing stuff on their site. This must be the third time I've been caught out by their ineptitude but this time I'm outside their 60 day return window so despite it being 100% their issue the item doesn't fit and is still brand new in the box, I can't even get an exchange. Customer service is non-existent, if you're 100% sure the item you're buying is going to work and won't ever need their support then take the risk, I'm using Quadratec from now on!

I ordered a set of steps which were used but was listed in great condition with all parts by the website. All parts were not with the steps and the holes in the steps were stripped out.

This isn't the 1st time I've ordered from here nor experienced different pricing upon check out. Again I'm done ordering from Extreme or your Truck site.
