I placed an order and attempted to cancel it the next day but was told it was too late to do so and I would have to go through a return. I needed to contact customer support 4 or 5 times to assist me with this process. Everyone was extremely helpful and I was told I would not be charged for my return for which I am grateful. However, the fact that I had to open the box and subsequently each individual part to return the entire order was very inconvenient and became a nightmare.
The web site is very easy to use. And I love the jeep builds you are able to see. I am so happy with both accessories I ordered. And I will definitely shop with Extreme Terrain again

The website was a bit slow and some of the interdependencies between parts weren't clear. I had to check on other sites to ensure that some items would work together. But the items were delivered on time and in good shape so overall a good experience.
Web site was easy to navigate and find the right fit for my truck. Great place to shop.
