Placing the order was relatively easy and the website was easy to navigate. Of course at the bottom of all of the multiple emails that I receive it says that I chose to give them my email and to receive messages from Extreme Terrain. The interesting thing is that if you don't give your email you cannot order. So it's a catch 22. I have to give my email therefore I am agreeing to receive 10 emails a day from Extreme Terrain, which I did not do. So just rest assured that if you order something from Extreme Terrain, you will begin to get bombarded with emails. It's possible to order the exact same parts from Amazon and I thought that I would give Extreme Terrain a chance. Give another company some business. I won't be giving Extreme Terrain, any more of my business. Even to submit this review, I had to give them my email.
I normally wait until I receive my item and check it out before I leave a review for the total experience but since I just ordered it like 2 days ago and have gotten like 3 emails to let us know how we did. So here's how ya did: website was pretty simple to use and I haven't received my part yet so have no idea how it will be. The amount of emails after the sale is about like the mile long receipt from the dollar general store when you purchase on item. Thanks hope you're happy!

I ordered a Vos Switch JL400 for my Jeep Gladiator. The website was easy to use. I placed my order mid afternoon on a Tuesday and received an email that it was it was being processed. I received another email that my order was shipped. Received a tracking # from Fed-Ex shortly there after. My order was delivered around noon on Thursday as promised. The parcel arrived with no damage. Great customer service! I will definitely order from Extreme Terrain again!
I've ordered for 2 cars now and spent tons on parts. Every delivery is either late or damaged. This is my last try to see how it goes. If it comes in on time and not scratched I will think about keep purchasing and if not I will go elsewhere.

The website fitment showed me a product that said it would fit my 22 Rubicon. On the same page it said it fit 18 to 22 Wrangler excluding Rubicon's. I ordered it, but customer service was great and helped me fix the situation.

I was able to locate what I was looking for with ease. There were multiple selections of different styles and manufacturers. After reading the reviews, I was able to make a choice on the product that seemed to fit our needs.
We had ordered a grille for our jeep from another retail dealer, and after 4 months, it had not arrived. We canceled that order and searched on Extreme Terrain. We found a grille we like better, cheaper, and it arrived in 3 days.
I ordered a couple of things for my Jeep and had some questions. I called and spoke to someone that was very helpful and also assisted me with the order. I will continue to order from Extreme Terrain.
I made my first purchase from ET last week. I had a question about a product. I started a chat and they called me, answered all of my questions, and completed my order over the phone. Awesome service. My items were shipped out quickly. The ones that were shipped via FedEx were delivered in two days, but the one item that was shipped via USPS (we all know how they are)is still on the way. Just completed my second order. I highly recommend ET for all your Jeep needs or wants.
Worst driveshaft ever bought did not last 2 weeks after experience vibration due to mis balance and poor u joint quality. Upon delivery shaft had paint scratches as if its been installed and returned.

In reviewing your order this item does have a 180 day warranty, which you are still in the timeframe, if you would like to do a return and replacement for this item, Please note, for any defect occurring after 30 days and prior to 180 days from the date of purchase, the product may be returned for repair, replacement, or refund at our sole discretion. All warranties are performed at J. E. Reel Drive Line Specialists. Any failure of the weld will be warranted for the life of the drive shaft. NOT COVERED IN WARRANTY – Malfunctions due to improper installation, functional, or design parameters, tampering or modification. This includes lift kits without adjustable control arms.

My experience with XT was excellent! I was able find the item I was looking for. I found the item description to be very informative. I liked the associated videos with the pretty young lady and found them to be very helpful! And from the time I ordered my item until the time it arrived was three days. That is amazing! I also appreciate the emails keeping me posted on the status of my order. Keep that up!

You can always find reviews from customers who have actually purchased the product and use them. I spend a lot of money on this site and I do so because I know I'm protected.
I ordered two replacement windows for my jeep while when they came in I realized I did not order the right ones I delt with Tami in returns. She was a Pleasure to deal with she walked me through the return process helping me along the way taking a picture and then explaining how to mail back the windows she went above and beyond when she contacted for me to see if they had my windows. Bought this same tonneau cover when I first bought my truck. It lasted almost 4 years. Figured at the time that I'd be replacing it every couple of years and I'd still save money over the cover that Jeep wanted to sell me.
I qualify for the first responder discount, but you don't use ID Me and I 'm not interested in jumping through the hoops to prove status.

Package was horrible to open? Risk to breaking the bulbs opening. The bulbs are no difference from my stock bulb that's 25 years old! Don't waste your money. For what it cost for two bulbs and the fancy package you would expect great results.

We were sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the delivery time frame for this order and you were not satisfied with the quality of the lights bulbs you received. We are always disappointed to hear when our customers are not satisfied with their orders from ExtremeTerrain.
We show that you placed the order for these fog light bulbs on 1/15/2026, at 9 PM, and unfortunately that is after the daily cut off time for our warehouse, so the order was approved and shipped on 1/16/2026. We show that these were delivered on 1/20/2026.
We apologize that you experienced difficulties when opening the packaging. We want to make sure the bulbs arrive unbroken so we do try to "protect" the bulbs so they stay intact while they are being shipped.
You shared that you were not happy with the quality of the bulbs. These are listed as a replacement fog light bulbs and they should be similar to the original ones that were on your Wrangler. Some items do not come with all the necessary addendums (turn signals for fenders, etc.), so do not assume that everything pictured is included.
Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
