Tried several times to get some technical information/specifications through chat and the rep disconnected. They did get my email but never followed up. Then the constant spamming of my email started, multiple times a day. I did order from them because I couldn't find it anywhere else. The spamming continued and I have now unsubscribed and probably won't deal with them again.

Have ordered several things for my jeeps and trucks great quality and service. Don't believe I've ever had delayed delivery or any issues with the products ordered.
My previous experiences with Extreme terrain have been really convenient and each item is of great quality. The prices are always great and I look forward to continuing to purchase for all of my Jeep needs/wants.

I keep experiencing using my Ex cash rewards. Seems I always have to talk to someone. Don't mind that but just tell me so I don't go thru the process only having to do everything over again. But Bri you are not paying enough. She was quick fast. Now just waiting on product to install. Thanks

I have purchased a few times before with ET with no issues... Until my last experience. I had mistakingly ordered the wrong item and didn't realize it until a few hours later. When I tried to cancel the order and purchase the correct part I couldn't. Website said that it was too late and the purchase was being processed and shipped. I have experienced other retailers that have I very short window (hours) that they will honor a cancellation. I was not aware of this and now have to wait for receive the item so that I can return it on my expense. To me this practice is not very consumer friendly.

It is our goal to have orders packaged and shipped to our customers in a timely manner. Once an order is placed, there is about a 30-60 minute timeframe before the order locks and we are unable to cancel the order once they lock. This allows us to lock the order and prepare it for shipment most times, we do this the same day.

Well I have ordered 13 or 14 times from hear... now I'm pain n butt sum times. N they took it n stride they were helpful on making sure u get right part quickly

I have a Jeep Wrangler and a Tacoma. I am confident items will fit because of the option to switch vehicles. The variety of products and easy to use website makes shopping for mods more enjoyable. I really like the customer pics.
1st front diff skid plate didn't fit even though a different rep said it would. Disappointed but return went well and lady found the drain plug issue :). Part was well made though. Waiting on second one that they say fits. Come to find out gladiator rubicon 2025 at least mine doesn't have a diff drain plug which requires a different skid plate. Will see if this one fits
I was pleased with the variety of products offered by Extreme Terrain and I received my order in just 2 days. Unfortunately the item I got did not fit my jeep even though I put in the right trim. Luckily this minor setback won't discourage me from shopping here bc I'm sure they'll make it right
Never have had any problems with online ordering and as always items are shipped quickly and arrive quickly. I've ordered many items for ET and will keep coming back as my needs advance.
One of the four wheels I received had a one inch scrape on the outer rim of the wheel.The paint is chipped down to the metal. I'll probably have to purchase some touch of paint to fix it. I did pay extra money for the shipping insurance but have yet to hear anything. I have sent two emails already. On a positive note the shipping was pretty quick though.

I visited with Mathew Helvey, Sales on several occasions while researching accessories for my Jeep. On all interactions, Mr. Helvey provided professional responses and great information relative to the accessories I was planning on purchasing. I have also spoken with David W. Also in Sales who conducted himself in a professional manner with full intent to assist me in my request for information. The site provides a great variety of Jeep accessories at different price levels allowing the customer to budget appropriately.
Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
Answer: Not worth giving this company a second chance. Other more legit companies to purchase from.
