So far I have ordered the power steps for my Jeep, picked my dates for installation but am still waiting hear back when the in will happen.
Waiting for some flair fenders for my 2008 tacoma for 5 ft bed you said none in stock let me know when you have them in stock.
I placed an order for some Teraflex sway bar link hangers for my Jeep JK and they were an open box item. I never received a confirmation email and my order history shows zero orders but PayPal was charged for the product. I recall during checkout that they are supposed to arrive on the 20th of January, next Tuesday, but I never received an email stating the details of my order, order number or the estimated shipping date, so let's see if anything shows up. If not, I'll be contesting this order. Not happy at all.

In reviewing your order, the order was placed after our warehouse cut off time for the 14th, so the item shipped out via USPS, the following day 1/15/2026. We show that the item is expected to be delivered on 1/23/2026. When you place an order, we do send a confirmation to the email address we have on file. There are times when our emails get sent to Spam or Junk folders. We ask that you please check these folders to see if you received the invoice. The email address we have on file for the order is different then the one that you submitted the review on.
Due to this issue and the delays, we issued a promotional credit to your account. This credit can be used on a future order, and is valid until 4/30/2026.

I have no problem with extreme terrain order was shipped out ordered on 1/14/26 got informed from fed ex it will be delivered on 1/16/26 when I check tracking it is in Mississippi so not sure what's going on
My tailgate handle broke on my tundra. I called the dealership for the part that was ridiculously expensive. I found the part online at a fraction of the price which arrived in 2 days and I found it to be very good quality. It was an easy fix
I ordered an item before Christmas and they were able to get it here in plenty of time. The price was the best i found as well.
The service tech directed us to the right product, mudflaps in this case, to fit the vehicle. Very nice to deal with. Mudflaps are perfect. Quick shipping. Overall very happy with this company and product. Highly recommend
I can always find what I need here and they have really good fast shipping sometimes on some of the items and they have good customer service if you have any problems and returns are easy if they sent you the wrong thing sometimes and if you can't find it, you say they're pretty helpful that word you can go to to find something like this

We also would like to apologize that there are additional delays in having the items shipped to you. These are being shipped directly from the manufacturer, and they shared this item is currently on back order and they are hoping to have them shipped in late February.
We do try to fulfill orders from our warehouse, and if we have the item in our warehouse we can offer expedited shipping on these items. If your order is going to be shipped to you from the manufacturer we do not offer expedited shipping on these orders.

I was trying to purchase new tires and rims for my jeep. I reached out to the tires experts and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. It made making this big purchase much easier knowing I was buying the right items and that they were all compatible with my jeep.
I have ordered a few things with Extreme Terrain and each time the delivery was fairly quick and the products were good quality and exactly as described on the site.
I wish I had shopped around a little better before making a purchase, prices were about 15% cheaper on Quadratec and other sites.

We understand it can be frustrating when you place an order, and then you find the item at a lower cost on another site.
Please note, we do offer a price match on certain items. The items would need to be the same manufacturer, same model and manufacturer's SKU. If you share with the representative where you found the item priced lower, they can review the site and see if we can match their price. Please note, there are a few sites where we do not price match with. And they are: Ebay, Craigslist, auction sites, and JLT & SB Filters. We will review the site you provide to see if we can offer the price match for that item.
We pulled up the item you purchased on Quadratec and we do see that the Mopar Door Sill Guards are offered at a lower cost on their site, and we issued you a credit for the difference between the two sites. This totaled $17 and was issued back to your original payment method.

The process of placing an order was easy. I placed the order for my passenger side mirror and received information regarding the shipment. I was awaiting the order and looked to see where it was and noticed that it had been cancelled. I received no notice from Extreme Terrain. When I reached out to customer service they said the package must have been lost and would investigate and it would take up to 3 business days to complete the investigation and then a refund will be issued. I now need to find another place to order the mirror and have it expedited so I can receive it in time for the work to be done.

We show that when you initially ordered the Powered Heated Side Mirror, we showed on our website that the item was in stock, but then once we submitted your order to the manufacturer who would be shipping the order to you, they were on backorder and there would be a delay in receiving the order. Before they let us know it was out of stock, they did provide us with a tracking number, and that is why the tracking number was sent to you.
We should have alerted you sooner to let you know they cancelled this order, due to the item being out of stock, and we sincerely apologize for this error and delay on our part.

First time to shop xt, experience was good, decision was quick for deciding between products due to detailed product descriptions. Expected delivery time is much better than expected.
After multiple attempts and 4 phone calls over two days I could never place an order. It seems having different billing and shipping addresses is not possible for this company to process.
After multiple failed orders I took the 1800$ I would've spent here elsewhere.
Made multiple orders similarly with different billing and shipping with no problems at other companies. Fix your $#*!.

I ordered a new centerforce clutch for my 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Made a mistake placing the order by not filling in billing info correctly. Got a message to call and correct my error. Much to my surprise a live person answered my call and solved my problem without having to transfer me or me having to wait on hold. Excellence in customer service.
These decals are great quality and just what I needed to add some bang to "The General "! They were easy to apply. The customer service is A1! Shipping was fast and efficient and they are priced very reasonable. I will definitely shop again for other items for my wrangler!

The reason I like to shop this store is because of the number of 97-2005 jeep parts you supply. I also look at the quality of the parts you sell. I track all my parts from the date I install them on my jeeps. Quality should stay this store's priority.
