So installation is suppose to be simple, but was completely made overcomplicated when I was given the wrong fuse tap to install into my fuse box. They gave me a long prong fuse, but I needed a short prong fuse. It would look nice if I could finish it, but what makes it annoying is that I have to spend more money to fix something and yet I give my specs for my vehicle to not give me the correct parts to use. I would give this a higher rating if this was not the case.

We saw that you placed the order on 2/4 and with the two day delivery you purchased, it was to be delivered on 2/6, but we show, on the FedEx tracking page, that the order is expected to be delivered today 2/9. We do not show that they noted any specific reason for the delay, but we are going to look into this situation.

I've been driving jeep wranglers for the last 31 consecutive years. I used to buy from another supplier, but found Extreme Terrain to provide better, faster service as well as a very helpful website. Catalog is also very good.
I ordered a set of traction boards that said I would receive them within two days just to receive an email the next day saying they were out of stock and I wouldn't receive it for a few weeks. This is the second order that said two days shipping that I wasn't gonna get in the two days. If you're gonna post that you offer two day shipping then you need to deliver on that or don't offer it. Guess I'll start ordering from Amazon or quadratec and actually get my items when they are promised

Products are great quality, But, some of my large, heavier items got damage with shipping. But other then that, great experience.

I got one shipment two a week ago. Finally another today but missing the third that supposedly delivered. Still waiting on #4. Hopefully #3 got left in the FedEx truck and it will arrive tomorrow but its been very Hodge podge shipping.

Newer to the Jeep life and have ordered many upgrades here. All products have been exactly as advertised or better. They have earned a loyal customer
Extreme Offroad is always easy to navigate, and they offer a huge selection of parts for my Jeep JKU and my CJ7. It is nice to find so many options in one place or in the catalogs that I receive in the mail. The prices were very competitive compared to other sites I've looked at, and I do shop around before making a choice. But my orders with Extreme Terrain are shipped quickly and arrive without any issues. Overall, a smooth process from start to finish, definitely a great place to shop for Jeep parts for your off-road project.

We were unable to confirm which order you were referring to. We show that on 1/28 an order was submitted with one day shipping for RUBICON Hood Graphic; Black with Red Outline (18-26 Jeep Wrangler JL; 20-26 Jeep Gladiator JT) and it was delivered on 2/2. Please note with one day shipping this does not always count weekends or holidays. Was this the order you mentioned was not delivered? If an item is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we can set up a lost package investigation with the shipping company. Everyone was very prompt and knowledgeable about the items I was interested in. This made me feel comfortable making the decision to make my order.
I purchased an oil cooler for my 2018 Wrangler. I was excited to find an upgraded part. I put my vehicle information in the search and the message at the top of the part page said, "this part will fit your vehicle". I rushed to purchase the part because of a huge snowstorm being predicted. I got the part within a couple of days and broke down the upper and lower intake on my Jeep. I was absolutely horrified that after that much work the oil pressure sensor was not the same as my wiring harness. I was stuck. I was not going to put my old sensor on a brand-new part and risk failure. I reached out to Extreme Terrain for some type of solution. The man I spoke with put me on a brief hold and looked at the manufacture website and came back on to tell me that ET's website was wrong and had the wrong year models listed for that part and the 2018 was not included. I told him the auto parts store had a sensor in stock for around $100 but I purchased a kit from them and shouldn't need to return the entire part, and it would leave me stranded during the weather. He offered me 35$ refund or 50$ store credit. I needed 100$ for to replace the brand-new sensor that I had purchased. He said let's see what else he could do and put me on another hold. He came back and offered 100$ store credit but my warranty would be voided. At that point I had had enough of back and forth "negotiating" he said there was another offer of 75$ store credit that would let me keep my warranty. At that point I was finished negotiating. Disappointed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with ExtremeTerrain regarding your recent order for the Mishimoto Aluminum Oil Filter Housing Kit. We were disappointed to hear that the item that you ordered did not work on your Wrangler.
We reviewed our product page and it is noted This will come with an oil pressure switch, however, Chrysler transitioned to a new oil pressure sensor design during the 2017 model year. If you are installing this product on a 2017+ vehicle, please verify that your original sensor's plug matches our sensor. If it does not, you may install your old sensor into the Mishimoto housing or purchase a new OEM sensor, part number 68295556AA and use it with our housing. When we contacted the manufacturer they shared that you may have a different harness then one that will fit with this sensor, so they do suggest that you use the OEM sensor.
We were sorry to hear about the issues you experienced, and due to this situation, we issued a credit to your account. This credit can be used on a future purchase and it is valid until 5/31/2026.

I like how easy it is to look for parts and the amount of brands and parts is pretty dang big too. Their customer service is top and they're on their sh*t.

I ordered a seat bracket 3 days ago. Since then I've received multiple emails wanting me to review my experience with extreme terrain. My only experience so far is they pester with emails.

It literally took 4 minutes on their website to figure out what part I needed for my year/make/model. The price was lower than anyone else and I got it delivered in less that 24 hours.
If you need Bronco parts you are a fool to go anywhere else. I will certainly be a repeat customer.
I bought the same Item less than a year ago and you've since increased the price 23%. I called to ask for assistance or at least an explanation and was told there was nothing to be done. I probably won't shop with you guys anymore. 23% increase with no justification doesn't feel right.

I'm a first time jeep owner and I came across Extream Terrain on a YouTube video. I went on the website and couldn't believe what they have to offer for jeeps. My first perchace was a pair of step bars and I will definitely be back for more!
Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
