I trust Extreme Terrain more than any other Jeep dealer, so when I found a part cheaper I reached out to customer support. Within minutes I had a price match and the part sent out!
They took my $1600 out of my account for a good I purchased them I get a email days later saying it was cancelled due to suspicious circumstances about my card. Doesn't make sense, you can take my damn money but then say some bull$#*! like that. Also I haven't received my fckn money either. Found the same hood on eBay and summit for 100 dollars less. So fck extreme terrain. If you didn't want, this, should never ask for my opinion.
5 months to NOT receive my winch. I talked with your department 5 times over that period and you offered only extensions to the date of receipt. Terrible. The words "we understand" do not make for good customer service. How, in the end, when I ordered a similar item at the same exact price do I OWE YOU $5.12?!?!?!? Terrible.

99% of the time, XT has exactly what I need at a lower price that anyone else. Even if I didn't know I needed it!; p. Their customer service was very helpful if getting my wife's first responder status set up.
I have purchased a number of products for my JLUR one of which was a full coverage roof rack. I had some trouble with fitment and made the genius decision to modify one of the brackets. Only then did I realize that the front brackets are slightly longer than the mid point ones. The folks at Extreme Terrain were super helpful, fast and efficient in helping to solve my issue.
Have bought several items for my jk and everything has been spot on! Delivered on time with no problems! Would highly recommend buying from Extreme Terrain!
It was easy to find the m wheel I wanted and the price was good. Free shipping was great. But as I said your offer for a credit for first responders / military veteran was impossible to find at checkout so I didn't get the credit
Overall a good company to work with just be careful as sometime they claim to have parts in their kits, that aren't actually there.
I ordered floor mats and received CV axle. I now have to take time out of my day to return this item which is an hour round trip due to your company's mistake. I also have wait longer to revive my actual order. In return for my troubles I received was a $10 voucher that I will most likely not be using.

Oil cooler housing seems to be of good quality. During install i was having difficulty connecting the wire harness to the oil pressure sensor that was part of the new oil cooler housing. It would not connect so I had to remove the housing again. When I looked at the two oil pressure sensors side by side, the new one was incorrect. Had to go to the parts store and buy the correct sensor, then reinstall the housing. After that everything went back together and so far so good... Check you oil pressure sensor before trying to install.
Good evening. I ordered some lights for a Christmas gift on 12/21 and paid extra for 2 day shipping even though I had multiple emails for free shipping if ordered before the 22nd. It is now the 28th, a week later and I still have not received the lights I ordered. Please reference order # 23-******* and let me know when I can expect to receive the lights. I chose to pay the shipping in order to get them by Christmas because your website made it very difficult to use the "free" shipping offer that I received.
