On back order till late April on two parts.
Should have been told up front not in stock.
Then ordered a part that had been returned to save little money then got charged shipping on that item. Canceled back order. Will shop elsewhere. Thanks George
Called to check on my order account lost the keys. No one at Eckler's had an idea when it would ship. I was told to call Eckler's supplier and ask them when it would ship? I did this and was meet with overwhelming help after spending long amount of time calling back to eckler's to get my invoice that was never sent to me to get numbers off order so the supplier could find my order. Then the supplier found order and quickly shipped my package.
Hard to get through ordering/ payment.

I have been ordering parts for my 1968 Camaro for 3 years from Ecklers. They always have what I need.
It was easy to find what I needed and there were many choices.
Lowest price was actually parts Eckler's did not have in stock. Second lowest price I found looking on internet was in stock at Eckler's. Confident I am getting the right part after talking on the phone with sales. Shipping was reasonable price and delivery.

I was assured that the wheel lock caps would fit my C4 Corvette but the do not. No I have caps I cannot use because the return will cost more than the parts.

I orders front door panels and rear panels for a 65 Futura. Front said ships in 2-3 weeks. Fine I'll deal with it. Rear says in stock. Submit order, money comes out, get email front ships in 4-6 and I just finally got an update for the rears that now won't ship for another 2 months. What a joke. I guess I'll call in a month and find out my order has been canceled like so many others with no notification.
Some of the product descriptions are not very good. Some of the water shield products I looked at only listed the length of the roll and not the width
