Warranty issues on car cover

It took a long time to get where I wanted to be at the start of all this, but it came around as I hoped it would and Nicky the supervisor made things right for me even though all the paperwork was lost from back when the company switched or changed hands. I was very happy with the outcome and will be purchasing and displaying Elckers products at car shows and events. Thanks again Nicky for making a life long customer.

Oh look here is a great deal. Hahaha yeah right. Made order. Wrong part shows up. Talked to customer service. We will ship the right part. Perfect. Lol. After you jump though are hoops. Shipped replacement part. Great shipping again. Same wrong part. Talked to customer service again. We will ship the right part. Nothing for weeks. Called back. We don't have this part. Sorry. Here's a refund. Not impressed

After entering name address shipping resetting password AI tells me to enter my name address before it can understand and help,

Thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback with Ecklers regarding your order for the Sun visor Spring Retainers. We are disappointed to hear that you did not receive the package. We reviewed the tracking number and the shipper (USPS) noted it was delivered to a parcel locker. I am unsure if you live in a development or apartment that has a locker for packages that you may want to check.

I did set up a lost package RMA on the original order and once our Lost and Damaged Team reviews your situation, we will refund you for this purchase. In the future, if you do not receive a package that you order from Ecklers, please contact us and we can initiate a lost package claim. We do not want our customers to feel like that have to take that loss and reorder the item.

Once the Lost and Damaged team completes their review, you will receive an email confirming the refund was completed.

Excellent Customer Service

I have a 1939 Ford M ordered a part through another company which turned out to be of the only part. After explaining the situation, the customer service representative was able to take the determine there were three different belts with that number each ending with either an A, B or C. They were a KE to determine the correct item for my vehicle.

Disappointed

Ordering began as a pleasant experience, but turned sour very quickly when I found out I was OVERCHARGED. The sun visors I ordered from Eckler was $259.99 plus tax and shipping equals $306.31. Larrystbird charges $192.00 for the sun visors and Larry's sent the sun visors to me. Thus, what did Eckler's do with the difference. I wrote to Eckler twice asking for the refund $68.00 +tax equals $73.44, but no answer. Now, there is the dilemma of who do I return the sun visors to get my full refund. Eckler does not respond to my emails or phone calls. I will not recommend Eckler's.

I understand your concern regarding the price difference. While we work to keep prices competitive, we are a reseller website and there are times when our prices may be higher than the manufacturer's site. There are many factors that play into how we set our prices. We do offer a price match policy for the majority of our items. If you can email the link where you found the same item to [email protected] and kindly include your order information, we would be happy to review the link to see if we can offer this price match and refund you the difference.

same model
same SKU

Similar products that do not meet these criteria are not included.

Bait and switch

During the shopping a pop up appeared which said you would send a 10 off coupon just to sign up with email... surprise the coupon never showed up and now you have my email... I should have known.

1956 Chevy back seats

I called and spoke to a rep by the name of Colby Sherman and asked him about your St Patrick's day add of which showed a black seat that said the price was $999.00 in the market and to open for Eckers special pricing and when I opened it said $1448 and when I explained it to Cody he asked me to send him a copy and he would see what he could do but that shipping it would be another $400.00 bringing the total to$ 1848. 00. I never heard back from Cody at *******@turn5.com After 5 days of not hearing back from him I moved on to Jegs where I bought the same seat to $1248. 00 and free shippingโ€ฆimagine thatโ€ฆyour so called service technicians don't do your company any justice and to bad I had to find this out as a customer

Easy as pie

I was having issues with placing an order on line, so I called spoke to a very nice & knowledgeable man. I was able to place the order easy as pie, wish I would have done that in the first place.
From now on I'll go on line to start, and then call to place the order, much better for me.

Best variety of parts

My 65 Fairlane 500 is a restomod and will be my daily driver whenever I finish. Ecklers has been a huge help with the variety and unique parts that I have purchased for my ride. The website is easy to use and order parts. For the few years I have used Ecklers I don't remember ever having a problem with my orders.
