Other than having to pay for it in total up front and not really knowing much about them was unsettling. Then HAVING to send your old one back within a certain time frame or they automatically charge you a pricey core charge was the parts I didn't like. However, it was a great price, it works great and the truck is doing just fine now.
Great service but just realized usps failed to deliver core

I had purchased a PCM from a competitor, and had to return it 4 times, and they still can't get it correct. Went to Car Computer Exchange's website, ordered it up, few days later it arrived. Placed the computer and never had a problem.

Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
