This was a second replacement (first one was from another vendor). Seemed to work better than the previous one, but didn't completely resolve our issues.
Friendly and professional.Gave complete instructions to install PCM for proper working order.
This is the second computer I have ordered very happy with the plug and play and the fast service. I would definitely use them again.
Communication is key to a purchase of any product. Most buyers would like an estimate of product delivery expectations.
I ordered this part for my car, the l light still on the dashboard and I don't have that part on my car
The refurbished pcm I received was for a vehicle that was equipped with anti theft and utilized a grey handled ignition key. My vehicle is not equipped with an anti theft feature and uses a black handle ignition key. I now have an engine light on with code p0633 because the computer is looking for the anti theft key and cannot detect it. The vehicle runs fine with this exception
The computer worked beautifully. After relearning the transmission it drove smoothly through all gears.
Great Customer Service! Very helpful and informative about the questions I asked.
Computer arrived as expected and functioned perfectly
So Long story short, I have an older Jeep Grand Cherokee and the pcm (computer) went out and every time I tried to start vehicle it would go into Anti theft mode and nothing worked. Some days I was able to unhook battery and it would reset the pcm and it would start and other times it would not and I would have to unhook the battery several times and let it sit for a while and then it would finally start. So I took the Jeep to the dealership to have the PCM replaced and was told by the head mechanic that the part is discontinued and he could order one from one of the aftermarket parts companies and install it but it would not have any type of warranty. He told me that there is a place on the internet called Car computer exchange and that all I had to do is take the old one out and unplug the 3 blocks of wires and plug them into the new pcm and it should start right up. And he was right it was as easy as that. Even the mechanically embarrassed can plug and play!
Just as stated works perfect have had no problems with that so far I would deal with him again
Dealing with this company was excellent. They went to extreme measures to find the computer that I needed.
I emailed to ask when it will be shipped. They answered very quick. Only took few weeks to get pcm and it worked perfectly. Sent old one back with label they provided. My mechanic wanted 2000.00 for new pcm. I told him about them. He said he didn't know they were that cheap lol. Nice try.
Easy to work with, quick delivery. Needed this to fix issues with our Ranger.
It was super easy and super quick my mechanic apparently didn't know about this company and had my vehicle for 4 weeks trying to find the part he told me what he was trying to get I contacted car computer exchange had it ordered within 5 mins had it delivered within a week and had it put on the next day

Very very very slow to ship……………….::.::::::……. ………
The part I ordered showed up in a timely manner and the company was very easy to work with.
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
