Purchased a train ticket 3 different times and 2/3 of those times the ticket was either cancelled or reserved until 3 days later with no certainty I would get the ticket.

One booking for 4 people doesn't mean they are on the same booking at the airport.
I made 3 different bookings for 3 lots of family with 1 family have 9 people just for 5 of the adults to have there own separate booking at the airport which meant only 1 adult had a same booking as kids.
So they had to sit in different areas as all the other adults.

Trip is comprehensive and efficient. Somehow I missed booking my seats from Manila to Vancouver. Within 10 minutes of reaching out from Vancouver I spoke to someone completely understandable in English (I think from their New York office) and got the seat allocation issue resolved and confirmed by the airline in writing. My bookings for flights and hotels throughout China went very smoothly. I will use Trip.com for my Southeast Asian bookings in the future. Completely satisfied with Trip.com

I thought calling would give me better results. But as i had to wait 3 days when told it would only take 3 hours for a response. To only find out i was still stuck at square one with no assistance. Something told me to not try this site out for the first time and just take the extra fees elsewhere.
This is my first time booking here and I was scared because this is a multiple day flight and my bookings were updated separately, so I was hoping not having one flight not being available for booking. But all was sorted wonton 2 days
