I just booked a flight from Osaka Japan to Seoul Korea mistakingly put the wrong date then I had to cancel the whole thing and booked new flight some of my money not refunded also extra 5 kg luggage within minutes went from 34 to 44 Dollars, and why refund money takes so long to be refunded…

I was using different website for connecting flights, they only gave you 2 or 3 return flights options, which was difficult to get a flight without stay overnight both departure city and transit city. Trip.com give me combination of different airlines and times, it's really life saver for this trip.

I booked my airline tickets and TRIP added their phone number and email as the point of contact. I am now limited to select seats, buy upgrades or do anything on the airline app which o am usually able to.

I had a few issues with suppliers and trip.com managed to sort them out. They are very responsive and try their best to navigate multi language and countries issues. Well done 5 stars

Trip.com have to date exceeded my expectations of an OTA. They appear to have good customer service and it is much easier (and faster) to get through to an agent that can help you with the query.
For any escalated issues, the notes within their system seem comprehensive to help other agents help resolve complex queries should they arise.
Recent experience with Violet and others in the team following a cancelled hotel (part of the Sonder collapse) they have worked to get a reasonable resolution despite prices changing significantly from initial booking to current prices closer to the departure date.
I used to have majority of bookings with Expedia and Booking.com but Trip.com inventory has expanded and now has majority of my business. I haven't yet booked many flights due to price fluctuations in the checkout process.

Booking was easy enough, but the TRIP.com User Interface is poor at supporting passengers with disabilities, particularly with non-US-based airlines.
There's no solution available to engage airlines through the TRIP.com passenger experience.
I tried using the Trip.com Customer Service, but that was useless.
When I needed handicap seating AND wheelchair reservations for a Thailand-based airline, there was ZERO assistance.

I really like how trip.com has real time cheap prices. However, I wish there was a notification of when flights will get expensive because this happened to me and I was so sad! But nonetheless trip.com still does its job in finding the cheapest flights.

Within the booking process a 9 PM flight was sneaked in between a 6 am and a noon flight. Hence I basically lost 12 hours.
In my mother tongue there is no am or pm, we use 24 hours - that's way clearer!

They have problems with website, your info might get changed for unknown reason and they will insist that you made mistake not system. They will deny any wrongdoing on their end blaming you for the error. My partner birthday year was changed, all other info was fine. Right after payment was accepted I realized that her year was wrong I contacted customer service explained everything, was told that they will call me back within 24hrs, they didn't. I Had to call them back, was told that it's my fault, had to send additional screenshots to prove my case. Waiting for response. They want me to buy a new ticket…

Hotel & flight are cheaper than others, especially in China. Easy to book, and quite accurate. When get any issue, easy to contact the customer service.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
