I called support after they put in a flight that there is clearly no time to transfer, asked for a change and they were not helpful didn't understand the connections or the destinations. Help was not provided even after the airline canceled.

Booked a ticket from Pittsburgh to Austin Texas that went through Orlando, had to collect a checked bag, and recheck it, go through security and pay for the bag fees again for the second leg of the flight. Not to mention having to wait an hour to pick up the suitcase, then wait the better part of an hour to actually recheck it in, go through security and nearly missed a flight for which there was an over two hour window. A thoroughly miserable experience all around, and completely unnecessary.

Hi, the booking experience is good. However, for my specific trip, I will be traveling to Bangkok for business next week. Many times, when you travel to Bangkok, due to heavy traffic it's more ideal to book a hotel next to wherever you need to be for your business. Hi, the booking experience is good. However, for my specific trip, I will be traveling to Bangkok for business next week. Many times, when you travel to Bangkok, due to heavy traffic it's more ideal to book a hotel next to wherever you need to be for your business. Or else you end up traveling for many hours a day, and end up paying more for public transportation than you would on a hotel.

Very bad experience. I booked my trip fr perth to xian for our April 2026 travel. I was allowed to select seats for sector fr perth to sg ( and return). But I was not able to select seats for the sector fr sg to xi'an (return). Despite follow the guide given by trip.com, I failed to get hold of my hooking with SCOOT, thus unable to pre-book my seats & meals. The AI is not helpful at all. Hope a human customer support can help in this case.

I wanted to purchase 10 airline tickets but your website restricted me so I split them into 2 5 each on 2 computers. I purchase 1 and went to another computer all ready to purchase and I got hit with the price changed causing me to pay $400 more for the second set of tickets. This happen before I am very unhappy and most likely won't use your service in the future.

$29 one way flights were advertised for Adelaide. I needed return flights so I thought I'd try my luck. Long story short, I have now secured my return flight CBR-ADL for the princely sum of $950.

I had problems booking on an airline website - they rejected my payment twice, I think because I declined to switch off my adblocker!
I had no problems with Trip for the same flight - plus Trip offered me access to the airport lounge.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
