We buy tickets together as well as we check in together but our seats are separate. Any minimal treatment was given on the plane. I feel thirsty on the plane but they sold it by 20 baht.

The two airports in Melbourne are not clearly marked and I have booked to land in the wrong airport. A costly mistake as the travel insurance I bought when I purchased the tickets doesn't cover the tickets?
Double check your airport, it's so easy to click on the wrong one by mistake.

Trip.com offers me the best, possible discount vouchers which I can use to offset already competitive prices, making it a no-brainer to book your travel with them than other travel websites. Overall is a good site and using it for many years but they are not supportive when airlines trouble or cheat customer without any reason. I was denied boarding plane at singapore without any valid reason and needed to buy another airlines ticket to fly and they didn't refund or take any initiative to real help, also they denied refund when airlines change flight time which is not suitable.

Checking was horrible: Directly unavailable and had to go to another airline site (Wizz) forced to register for a new account, download the Wizz App, entering the information manually, and then not Not Accepting it.

- At the Gate $65.00 for a little oversize bag
- There was no time and connection issues with Trip.com

Haven't travelled for awhile thought it's gonna be difficult but no tickets booked easily and then afterwards there was hotel recommendation and it was all easily booked as well. Thanking God for people who design the website and app for easy use.

The initial ticket price appears good, then you want to book the return flight, and the prices go upwards. Also luggage is not included on most tickets, although the other airlines don't charge for luggage. In addition, watch out for flight, overlays, and total travel time, which are often very long.
Buyer beware is all I can say.

I had reserved 2 nights in Rome in May, but the cruise ship changed the dates of arrival, so I had to pick different dates in April with a different cruise ship & got in touch with the hotel, they agreed to my request to rebook in April instead, & finally I was been able to get the refund with Trip.com. I booked 2 flights with trip. Com and the baggage from Sydney to Bali was an extra $159 I went to the airline and paid $130 When i asked Trip. Com to transfer to 20 kg baggage between outward and inward they said No not possible I have between my two booking spent $440 just for baggage I will not be using Trip.com in the future as trip.com did not help On a positive note I spoke to a customer service person this morning who was 100% helpful and helped me get extra baggage for one of the bookings from the airline website i wish there were more customer service persons like him

I was able to buy china domestic flights from trip.com. However, I am not able to select seats. I was informed online that I need to go to carrier's site to select seats. However, each carrier's site is not working with customer with US mobile number. They asked me to register/create a count but expect me to have China cell phone to receive the validation code. It would be great if Trip.com can help foreigner customers to get pass these rediculous steps.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
