Advertised promo code for $40 off during blackfriday sales - was clearly still valid and not fully redeemed. Was unable to add to cart. Very disappointing to see they need to stoop so low to clickbait customers for sales. False advertisement - only thing more disappointing was their customer service (or lack of) afterwards.

Paying for seat selection is useless when you need to change the flight or the airlines decides to change the aircraft. Trip.com won't give refund. I have been a long time customer and won't buy tickets from trip.com ever again,

Trip.com offer great services and reasonable price
Issues i encountered:
Delayed ticket issuing which is bad for business, i run a modest agency and i use your app to book tickets for clients but delayed ticket issuing is very disappointing.
Another issue most of the times there is a price accompanied by "1 checked bag " without stating the exact weight which sometime results in misunderstanding with our clients for they need to know how much weight exactly the can check in,

I've used and recommended TRIP many times, I'm usually looking for Flights but also Accommodation.
I find no matter where I search Trip always comes up cheapest. The app is fine but for someone my age a little vague in some areas, I particularly like the ability to pay a little extra for flexibility on charges or cancellations. All together great Site. Colin

We buy tickets together as well as we check in together but our seats are separate. Any minimal treatment was given on the plane. I feel thirsty on the plane but they sold it by 20 baht.

The two airports in Melbourne are not clearly marked and I have booked to land in the wrong airport. A costly mistake as the travel insurance I bought when I purchased the tickets doesn't cover the tickets?

Overall is a good site and using it for many years but they are not supportive when airlines trouble or cheat customer without any reason. I was denied boarding plane at singapore without any valid reason and needed to buy another airlines ticket to fly and they didn't refund or take any initiative to real help, also they denied refund when airlines change flight time which is not suitable.

Checking was horrible: Directly unavailable and had to go to another airline site (Wizz) forced to register for a new account, download the Wizz App, entering the information manually, and then not Not Accepting it.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
