I want to express my deepest gratitude to Shafa from Trip.com. She helped me tremendously during a very stressful situation involving bed bugs at my recent hotel booking. I was traveling alone and had no one else to turn to, but Shafa stood by me every step of the way.

I've honestly used quite a few travel apps and I personally find Trip.com the most responsive and user friendly.
I've been in situations I've needed to cancel flights last minute, rebook them and it's so effortless and refunds are immediately processed for approval which I love.

Recently I purchased many accommodation and flights by Trip.com, I have been happy mostly, except a ticket from Gold Coast to Darwin, for 25th of November, but something happened an after few hours I noticed that it was issued for 25th of December. Everything I tried to to cancel or change it, impossible. I couldn't contact to anyone on Trip.com. I am very disappointed for that error which happened on my ticket. I really wish my money back.

I have a very good experience with Violet, the person that attend me, I rent an apartment and the owner of the apartment rent to another people and cancel my reservation. Trying to book Batik Air on the price displayed. No seats. The next offered are higher price (for same seats)?

Customer service was also excellent — when I had a quick question about the fare rules, the support agent responded right away and explained everything clearly. Within minutes I received my confirmation email with all the details neatly organized.

I had a bad experience learning that my booking was not accepted 3 weeks before my trip. The agent Shafa took the matter in her hands, and first she gave me a call to explain the situation. She already knew my case and all information that I provided. This is reassuring when you receive such calls, to talk with someone who knows the case. She confirmed she will do her best to resolve the issue or find a suitable solution that will not affect me. She kept her words and called me on the agreed time. She confirmed that they have a good news: my booking is confirmed and the issue was resolved. She took the time to explain and reassure me. Her customer service is on point and this is very appreciable.

Price became cheaper after I paid in 1 second when I refresh your site for the trip. My opinion your system is not up to date, make the customer disadvantage and unpleasant feelings.

Used Trip.com for flights, hotels, taxis and never had a single issue.
When I did need to cancel and refund something, it was done within an hour and then refund in my bank 3 days after, as I was told.
App is super easy to use and navigate.

After purchasing the tickets, I could only choose seats on two of the four flight legs. When I tried to choose the other two seats on the American Airlines websites, it did not recognize my reservation codes. I still do not have seat assignments on those other two flight legs.
If this happens again, I am unlikely to use Trip.com again in the future.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
