Delivery in time and everything inside the luggage was good. Pick up was in time. The only thing is my luggage arrived full of dust
I struggled at first to upload necessary forms but quick response to emails and help to do so was impressive. Bag collected as stated on a Tuesday and was in Australia by Saturday at the house, where I was going to be staying.
This is a fantastic service! Our suitcase was delivered to us on holiday on the day we requested and we sent a suitcase back a couple of days later. It was a very smooth and easy process! Would highly recommend SendMyBag!

Excellent handling of bag throughout trip that took three days as stated. Bag arrived in excellent condition. Shipped used clothing to family. Only issue was a surprise custom fee for an unknown reason.

It is very important that you order as early as you can the travel tags ir documents needed for the shipping even if you are not sure how many you need... otherwise you have to make your own and it is not easy. Also they explain everything very well in their videos and you can just follow their advice

Follow the instructions carefully and all goes well. Whenever I've used Send My Bag they have delivered. We've used them now six times over the past two years. Our luggage has always been picked up on the day and time appointed. Delivery has usually been a day earlier than anticipated. They have figured out how to make this service work…. So they can deliver for you.
The whole process was very smooth and highly professional. The instructions were very clear and the advice (e.g. On securing labels) very helpful. My suitcase was picked up on time, I received tracking updates along the entire journey, and the suitcase arrived in pristine condition, even earlier than the anticipated delivery date.
If you will chose this company, be ready to be robbed and pay much more then you see on the price list. First you will get unexpected fuel surcharge, then they will charge you with exceeded volume of your bag. Please do not make my mistake, DO NOT pay exceeded volume charges. They will not tell that you have an option not to pay and just to dispute. Even if you open a dispute and provide all the proves of your innocence, they will never return you your money, they will just steal them. They will never accept any of your proves and will never provide any proves from their side. Do not recommend
I have used Send My Bag on six different occasion shipping suitcases back-and-forth from the United States to Europe. I have always been amazed at the level of ease, coordination, value, and unparalleled customer service from Send My Bag. I would highly recommend it to anyone who might need a service like this.
My case was collected, dropped off, within 48 hours in the same condition as it left me.
Using Send my Bag enabled me to travel with freedom and ease! No lugging off and on trains, planes and automobiles!
I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again
After a bagnapping experience in December where FedEx held my bag for 3 months in Paris with Sendmybag ( ruined a 50th anniversary trip) we gave them another chance once the bag was found. And released and badaboom three days and it arrived from captivity in Denver. Lessons learned always AirTag tor luggage at least you will know where it is. NEVER USE FEDEX OR UPS to ship disaster awaits DHL are the absolute pros.
Great service. The only things that would improve it would be weekend collections/deliveries as well as a set time period for collection/delivery rather than an entire day waiting in. Or the ability to deliver to a parcel shop.
Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear you feel that way about the service.
We can only present a customer with an accurate quote whenever they enter the size / weight of their items using our quote tool. When you entered yours it provided you with your quote and the additional fuel surcharge that's currently in place.
Whilst your item was travelling through the network we received a notification from our courier partner that there was a discrepancy with the size of your suitcase. We sent you an email offering you to dispute the charge if you believed this was incorrect or if a customer used estimates they can pay the outstanding balance. You opted to pay the charge and emailed the team the next day to start a dispute.
I have been engaging with you following a negative review on another platform at the beginning of April. Explaining why we could not accept one of the images (as the images do not show the measurements from the widest points). However, you rejected to provide these. I am more than happy to continue to review the dispute if you are able to provide the 2 revised images showing measurements from the widest points.
